I love this store & the boy & girl that work weekday mornings are so nice & do a great job! The smoothies always taste amazing & even when they are extremely busy they still manage to get everything out in a timely manner. Anyone who would have any complains about this store is a high macitence Karen who expects people to kiss the ground they walk on because the customer service here is always amazing & so are the products !

Selling dreams of açaí toast on white bread.I’m so disappointed today ordered açaí toast that was supposed to be made on sourdough bread, but nope it was made on basic white bread. And they have the audacity to be charging $7.49 for this toast. Very sneaky and extremely disappointing. I think I’m done doing business here.Update: despite the picture of the bread, I was told that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I received a vague and rude email from someone’s personal email who didn’t introduce themselves and was very unprofessional. The quality was definitely less than expected, and my business here is officially done.

I went in today (12.13.21) and the two young ladies working were both very friendly. A completely different vibe than my last visit.The employees were the opposite of friendly.The girl that cashed us out looked down when speaking and whispered making it impossible to hear her.Once they took our order it was made quickly, it was tasty, and the portions were fair to their prices.
Consistently delicious and they have great customer service.
Oh my GOODNESS the Big Wednesday is soooooo delicious!!!!! My sister had a berry reboot or something and it was good, too but that doggone Big Wednesday has been on my mind for the last two weeks. YUMMY!!!
Great everything, but being prompted for tips while paying is awful. Customers shouldn’t have to pay your employees. Pay more and remove the tip prompt for credit card payments. If you need to raise your prices go for it, but don’t ask us to tip.Edit: We show our appreciation by returning as a customer, and if we are tipping for the hard work... Well that is hard to do if we are tipping prior to receiving what we ordered. Unless we are tipping for the previous experience? That logic does not hold.
I moved to North Carolina six years ago. I have yet to find an establishment that makes smoothies a d provides service the way that Robek’s does. Every trip home I’m getting a Tropical-Kale Smoothie a d a Turmeric shot! I love this place a d I wish that Raleigh had one!
Mango Tumeric Madness, with added blueberries. Strawnana Bowl, and Acai PB toast. All my favorite things. Service a plus. Would be even better if they made "Certified Robeks Couple" stickers for me and my fiance because that's what we stamped ourselves as haha. 10/10 everytime.
