Very good Kale something smoothy. At $9 it felt a little expensive. But it was delicious and in a higher end neighborhood.
As a home care health care worker, I have no where to use the restroom other than places where I stop to purchase my food. One time I asked to use the restroom and they would not allow me to use it. Another time, I asked to wash my hands prior to eating since I do direct patient care. I use hand sanitizer, but wanted to use soap and water. One worker looked back at another employee to ask if it was okay if I washed my hands and the other girl refused to let me use the restroom to wash my hands. I go to every Pulp smoothie place for lunch when I am working (Avon, Strongsville, Middleburg Hts, Medina, Boardman, Independence, Parma) and this is the only location that has ever refused for me to use the restroom or wash my hands. I’m very disappointed in the lack of kindness and customer service.

I love this place. Service was great and they practice social distancing. Although I've only tried 4 out of many smoothies, my favorite is Raspberry Harmony with a scoop of peanut butter. I would definitely recommend this place.
My fiancé got the Pulp Fusion made by some boy named Ennzy. I asked for his name because it was SO BAD. Me nor my fiancé were impressed. Never again!!!!! How do you f up a smoothie so badly?
