I've submitted a report about the issues at this location to Popeye's corporate, and you should too.IT IS FAST FOOD. The lowest of the lowest skill level for employment. Yet this location still cannot take an order, assemble it, and hand it out the window in a timely manner. Nor can they communicate in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Why is this so difficult?

This popeyes is literally awful. You wait in line for 15 minutes and then you finally get to order your food, you get up to the window only to be told they are doing cash only. How are you not even telling people that before they even order the food. Then you have to order it online and still have to go back in the line to wait another 15 minutes for your food. This place needs to do better. Not even sure why I keep going here every so often, every experience is awful. There always out of something, and you can't even understand what they are saying because the machine is so muffled. Not to mention they are rude. Unprofessional popeyes. Do better.

Hot damn! Look at the size of this sandwich! First time trying Popeyes. Was not disappointed.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a drive-thru restaurant. There were way too many cars in the Drive-Thru and the line was not moving at all. I tried to go into the dining room and order and the doors were already locked even though they were supposed to be open till 8 p.m., it was 7 p.m. I waited in line for around 20 minutes and was then informed that what I wanted they were out of. Then I was told that their computer system had gone down and I had to leave the line because I was going to screw up their wait timer... They told me I had to park in the parking lot and then get back in line later. Completely one-hundred-percent unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this store, ever. I would rather go hungry.

My husband and I placed an online order for our nearby Popeyes because we see really long lines at their drive-through window all the time. I also paid for our order online. When my husband went there to pick up the order, he was told they didn't have the order cause they don't do online ordering. He thought the lady working there was rude. He heard someone go through the drive-through and they were told they didn't do drive-through ordering either. Now I'm trying to cancel my order so I can get my money back. We won't go there again.

Employees are rude. Most of the time I've been there they're either out of chicken, their systems are down, or they're just closed with no notice. I waited in line in the drive thru once for 30 min before we found out they weren't even open. Line are always rediculosley long even though there aren't many cars in line! Definitely NOT "fast food"!

worst place ever. please dont go. waited forever just to hear them arguing over the intercom thing where you order food instead of asking me anything. i ordered a 5 piece and got a three piece, my mac n cheese and biscuit were both burnt beyond eating most of it, and no sauce or silverware. Dont go, save your money and your patience.

Food was great. Would have given higher if it didn't look like a diqusting mess outside. Very dirti while waiting in drive thru. District manager should be ashamed of themselves. It didn't get this bad over night. Alothough food was good, I won't be back.

Came through the drive through for lunch - the menu screen was completely broken so I couldn’t see anything on the menu, and when I did decide on something I wanted from memory they were out of the sauce I wanted and the drink I wanted. Additionally, there was a paper sign on the menu board that they were taking cash only. Ended up going with the five piece chicken tender combo, which tasted pretty good, but for that overall experience $10 can go a lot farther somewhere else.

Placed an order online. Received phone call about 10mins after order was placed stating they have no food available. All you could hear are employees laughing in the background. Poor service. Is this how they let their employees conduct themselves when customers need to be called???
