They are only accepting window orders. Generally there's a long line waiting for this product.... Which I find varies in quality from popeye's to popeye's. The chicken should be eaten as soon as possible as the crust turns rather hard over time. The beans and rice side was mushy and cole slaw was just OK.It took an extra 20 minutes to get spicy chicken. All white meat meant a chicken breast and wing.
waited over 25 minutes just for someone to answer us on the drive thru process then had to wait over 35 minutes for our food and so did other people this place seriously needs to get the act together
If I could give zero stars I would, staff is very rude waited 10 mins in lobby before an employee even offered to help me. I DoorDash and the food was cold and customer was very unhappy as well as myself. When I finally received help the woman was very snotty with me when I asked for a drink cup… for the DoorDash order!!! Will never return to the location!
Just tried drive thru, would be only 2nd time I've ever eaten Popeyes...and they were turning away cars one after another, including me, saying the manager walked out, and were closed, though you could hear them inside taking online orders? They already have a 2.9 rating, that'll change to -2.9 if corporate there doesn't pull it together. I feel bad for the workers.
I was in the drive thru for 10 min, customers ahead of me driving off. So I leave car and walk up to the door and they tell me drive thru only. I told them I'm parked in the drive thru ? they acted like they didn't know they had 3 cars waiting and the others that gave up. Waited a little longer and they had still not took any order. I do beleive they had a friend parked there so they didn't have to work . It's sad. Corporate needs to get a good manager at that location.
Not gonna lie, the wait times are ridiculous & the place is filthy....wish I knew how the heck they can make the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Mind blowing to me! Never got sick from their food either so until then, I'll be eating chicken sandwiches from here lol
Truly wish they would put a sign out when they are out of there chicken sandwiches. It just sucks I sit in line for about 25 minutes to almost a half an hour with only seven cars in the line to find out they are out of the chicken sandwich. Yes I'm disappointed they never have the sandwich. It's the fact that it takes them so long to serve people. I've been to different Popeyes all over the country. I have to say the Akron stores are the worst.
Took forever to get our food, we had to wait in line for half an hour. When we got up to the window they were out of what we ordered so we had to reorder. Not impressed at all but the food was okay.
Great food, very friendly staff and fast service! Definitely recommend.
I deliver for door dash, Uber, and grubhub. i got an order, I made it there. The girl said they weren't taking orders because it was a shift change and they had too many dishes to do. Second and last time I went there for an order the doors are locked, that's fine. I pull through the drive through wait 10 mins at the voice box, nothing. I pull around to the window, wait 5 mins. I manage to make eye contact with 2 different people and they ignore me. Never again Popeyes.
