This was the 5th Chinese restaurant in six months we have ordered sweet and sour chicken from. Platinum Dragoon was the only restaurant mom liked this dish from. Finally. The fried pot stickers and General Tso's chicken with fried rice purchase elsewhere don't waste your time and money. The pot stickers were hard on the ends and the inside was partially filled...must be the recession. The sauce was bland and thin which is nothing like any General tsos sauce we have ever tried.
After spending $20 on two items I asked for extra soy sauce and the rude man behind the window said it would an extra $2.00 for soy sauce. I will never give them a dime again. I should've left the food there and walked out when he was rude. The whole set up is disgusting with the ripped bags where they hand you the food. I see every review is negative. Two thumbs down. They should be shut down.
Not a fan and will not come back here. This place is highly overpriced and food isn't good. I got the Bourbon chicken that was way too overcooked which made it dry and chewy. I asked for fried rice instead of white rice and got upcharged $4.50! The egg rolls are smaller than other places and more expensive. Pretty much everything is more expensive here than at other comparable places. Avoid this place if you can help it and go to Imperial Wok that is about 2 miles west on Market St instead!
Web site says open till 10pm, but after entering order for 9:15 pickup got phone call telling me they close at 9.Food grade=B, but I rate their General Tso chicken with fried rice an A.
I would give a negative star if I could. My wife called with simple questions and their phone along with their customer service is trash! Never again
DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!We ordered $30 of food for delivery (per thier online ordering site.) Well after the food should have been delivered we checked the email to see it was put in for pick up and our food was done an hour before! No one called to inform us that there delivery service was put on hold due to covid nor did anyone call us when we never showed up for the food. We called to see what happend since we ordered delivery. On our way there we got a call ????Heres where we talk about the nasty food we tried to eat.....Our wonton soup looked like there day old coffee pot was the broth tasted just as bad!The rice was mushy it had the consistency of grits. The General tso chicken tasted eaither old or over fried nastiness. The sweet and sour chicken was good but probably because we ordered it with no sweet and sour sauce I bet that would have ruined it.To top it all off our Fortune Cookies must have expired years ago they were past the hard stale state and onto the soft bendable faze.WE WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! WASTE OF $30!!!!!!
I call and want delivery and online add states numerous how delivery is rated they say no delivery and there are all lies probably problems with health code violations and covid 19 China animal issues

current owners are miserable dirty people! I found part of a brillo pad in my food!!
Went in and placed order which came up to over $50 when I received my food my bourbon chicken was really burnt and dry.
