We had to pull an all nighter to meet a deadline. Ordered late expecting the typical" so so it's food" delivery we've gotten in the past y. This pizza hut , 2797 Waterloo Rd , surprised us with quality food arriving hot & fresh . A huge THANK YOU to the crew & delivery driver night shift May 3.Highly recommend this location.
I went through the drive-through at Pizza Hut and was greeted by James not only did he do an excellent job but I think that he is great at what he does. His voice is loud and clear which is very important for older people and I know they appreciate that too. He appears genuine, very likable and nice . I found him refreshing I will definitely visit this location again.
Called 3 times to place an order cause the website wouldn't take my card and got hung up on all 3 times trying to place an order
Didn’t receive our order, when I called they said well we will call you back in a little while. I understand it was snowing etc, but the least you could of done is have some customer service skills and call the customer back like we discussed on the phone. It wasn’t my problem you didn’t have any drivers and I didn’t want to pick it up.
Terrible experience, house full of hungry kids and 2 hours later still no pizza. When we tried to call, it just rang busy. Very disappointed.. and hungry. Called to cancel and was treated as an inconvenience.
Took my money and never delivered my food. Tried to call and it rings 4 times and they pick up and hang up.

I ordered a large Supreme pizza that was ready in 15-20 minutes! This was the best pizza we have had in a long time, as it had a lot of good toppings on it and the pan crust was so delicious. My 5-year-old grandson even ate the crust and asked for more!
It took an hour and a half to get my order. And the food was not warm. Your delivery service could be faster
absolutely awful service ordered online. driver left it at front door. didnt know it was there mo one knocked kept checking my order status said it's out for delivery. called after 1 hour and they said theres no order in the system for me. 9ffered no help no solutions. I paid for it. it cleared where's my food? it was on the front door freezing cold in the snow. the woman was insanely food and not helpful at all. my job is in customer service. when we ask what to do next dont tell me to call support.
