When I have called or tried ordering a few weeks ago there wasnt any one answering and it said store was closed at noon. Hope they have staff that are able to work, I really like this store and dont usually have any problems with anything there
Had a bad experience tonight that was turned around by my delivery driver. I did not catch his name but as we spoke he let me know he was helping out the Manchester rd store because of staffing his home store is Canal fulton.. I was Delivered the wrong order and after I called into their confusing phone line I was finally able to reach someone in the store. Who ever I spoke with was very very rude. When my order was redelivered by the same young man he went out of his way to make sure my order was correct he even called me on his personal cell. Thank you very much

Called in an order and was told computers were down, but she wrote my order down and asked if we could come to the pick up window. Got there in about 10 min and was able to pay for and pick up our pizza with a discount that Mgr added! What great customer service. Thank you!
Make the pizza the old way where this is actually toppings available and present on the pizza, I was also told they had topping that I wanted on my pizza to call back after doing what the representative told me to do while doing a online order to find out they DO NOT IN FACT have regular onion only red onion. Very disappointing Pizza Hutt
The toppings were very little this time! Almost no chicken and beef. The pepperoni was also far and in between. Use to get extra sauce to drizzle on top.
I paid $1 extra for the pan pizza because I love the buttery crust and it is a little harder than the hand-tossed. My pizza crust was soft. When we picked up our slices, they were bending and all the toppings were falling off. The crust was soggier then crispy. We were very disappointed because we LOVE the crispiness of the pan crust.
I have used the local Pizza Hut where live for 10 years now. Never once has an order been wrong or late without reason like Superbowl. Most of the drivers have been nice and called if they were running late or had to change a drink as was out of something.
Just ordered a pizza from them called 8 times . Lied about talking to the same person. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage and they brung me a veggie pizza. No sauce . I don’t eat this… finally talked to someone they told me they don’t see my order and it doesn’t mean the criteria. How?? but the receipt is right there along with the pizza. They told me I can’t speak to a manager They’ll call back another day or call later!!!! Highly NOT RECOMMEND
We really like your pasta dishes, which is what we ordered. It is always hot and tasty. We also got cheesy bread sticks, which were really fresh.
