It is not necessarily Pizza Hut's fault because my order was delivered by Doordash (Johnny). I did select to leave my order at the door, BUT the driver left the order on the ground and never knocked or rang the bell. Our food was left in the freezing cold weather and the driver must have dropped the 2 liter because it was broken and spraying out. We only had about 1/2 of our Pepsi left. Pizza, wings were barely luke warm and the cinnabon rolls were cold. I had to reheat everything so we could eat. Since, I did not order through Doordash, I can't leave a review for the actual driver.Otherwise, everything was made correctly and we did receive everything we ordered...unfortunately, just not the way we expected.
Make my pizza correct. I order a pizza with pepperoni and sausage only received pepperoni I know it was a free pizza with my rewards but I would still like my order correct.
Ordered a Pizza at 6:50pm and waited 2 hours for the pizza. Called the location and they hadn’t put it in the oven yet. Waited another hour and a half and still no pizza and no refund.
I received a burnt pizza. The crust was hard and black. Could not even enjoy it. For the price I paid I would have expected better.
I appreciate the plates and napkins and overall care the driver took with my order. Very friendly and the delivery was sooo fast!
The app was easy to order on, our delivery was faster than expected and our driver was friendly! Food was accurate, hot and delicious. We enjoyed our dinner and appreciate the great service.
I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was a medium pepperoni with extra cheese and light sauce, they forgot the pepperoni, we had to drive all the way across town in the rain to get the right pizza. I asked them for a free dessert to pay for our inconvenience which they did, but get it right the FIRST time
Horrible service they made wait till they were Not busy and all caught up to bring my order ten steps out the door while two people walked around playing on there phones

I ordered the Detroit style pizza and boneless wings. Detroit pizza was ok. Not there fault though I just don't care for it as much as the regular pizza. Not my style. As far as the boneless wings in my opinion Pizza Hut's are the best. They have a certain "zing" or just the right amount of bite to them. They also have just a touch of crispness. I had the spicy garlic flavored. I closed out the order with the Cinnamons which are amazing.
