The 3 star's was from the delivery,very nice ? I opened the box and it looked good until I bit into it, and it was very dry I called the store, an the manager answered,I said my Pizza ? was dry and I even ordered extra sauce!! I thought it would be 2 ladles or more I treated it like a extra topping,but she said it was aladdle and a half an basically that was it so I was stuffed with my pizza dry pizza and nothing was really done about it so be it but I was unhappy but the driver with very nice, and pizza like I said look good the appearance of it.It was the taste Master 3 topping pepperoni and bacon and sauce....,.
The pizza was great! Kind of felt nostalgic, like it looked and tasted like how the old pizza huts used to taste back in the 80's & 90's. It was an online order and the delivery was fast.
Horrible Communication skills. My mother is 70 years old and she is losing her hearing.So instead of repeating it to her. The guy just spazzes out on my mother.I have no idea what kind of day he was having. But do not take it out on the people that keep you in business.

More coupons to bring prices down (rather expensive even for a pizza chain) and a better tracker for orders that lets you know how many minutes before arrival would be nice. The directions field has too few characters to be useful for directions for drivers. Extending that to at least 300 or 500 characters would be a good idea.
Everything was just great! It was the exact opposite of my last pizza order, which came from a different chain of stores, and was bad enough to make me try something new. Thanks guys!
I ordered online. And the cashier at the window was very friendly. But the pizza was way overcooked! Very dry! Very lil sauce, and the sauce that was on there was dried so badly it had an pasty gooky texture.. very disappointed.
Usually service is good. But they delivered my food to the wrong house and wouldn't remake it and the manager had to contact her GM to see what they should do and ended having to go up to the store and just ask for a refund and they did give it to me.
I love the Detroit pizza. This location made that pizza just like the advertisement can’t say that about the Copley rd location. The lady working the window was very pleasant as well.
