Great place, great food, fast and friendly service! Our food was hot and fresh.
Well what's there to say about Penn station East Coast subs everything this place is awesome every time I come here I get great food great service an amazing experience staff is always on top of their game and even when I'm there to pick up orders for other people and it's not my own personal it's always fresh if you like deli subs and you like homemade fresh cut fries freshly salted with hand squeezed lemonade come downtown Akron and check out some Penn station East Coast subs ...Penn station.. one of the best!!
The best sub place in my book always on point!! Highly recommended!! Your missing out if you pass this establishment by!
The people working here arent smart enough to put food in a bag. They didn't give me my food but they definitely took my money!! I really love having to drive another half hour to go back for what I paid for, or just throwing my money away!! And the food I did get, was disgusting. Eat anywhere else but here
I love penn station but they made my sandwich a minute before the fries were done shot sauce a over it then let it sit for 15 minutes. The fries don't need that long to cool either plus they use tongs. Penn Station rocks this one is staffed by subpar human beings.
AVOID GOING HERE!I went to this location back on November 7th. While there I ordered a sub, medium fries, and some cookies. When I got to the cash register the total the young woman told me seemed higher than normal so I asked for a receipt. The cashier, obviously annoyed, told me she couldn’t because their system wasn’t working. Since she was so huffy I decided just to pay it. Once I got home I looked to see what the total should have been by putting the same order in online. My total was notably lower so I submitted a complaint online. Two days later a supervisor called me and read what my receipt had on it. It included a wrap that I did not order and also never received. So the cashier must have added a wrap on there, could see that I should have been given it with my order, and withheld it. Having worked in fast food for years I am assuming Penn Station has a screen that informs the employees what should be in the order before they hand it out. So being charged for a wrap that I never got seems very sketchy to me and feels like I definitely paid for a wrap for one of the employees to later eat.The supervisor also told me that the GM claimed to have attempted to call me and was unable to reach me. I never received a call from the GM and had no missed calls on my phone. I was then offered a refund at the store, which I would have to coordinate with the GM, or a coupon in the mail. Since I at that point didn’t trust the GM to contact me for the refund I chose the coupon. However, after over a month, the coupon never arrived. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location again.
Worst 10$ BLT I've ever eaten. In my life!
Worst dining experience in quite a while. No glove change after using the P.O.S. and cussing from all the staff including the manager while I was eating. The place is very dirty and needs throughly cleaned. Not professional in the slightest.
Great stk subs and chk cord on blue sub
5 stars all the way. Great customer service, great food. Haven't had a single issue at this location.
