Parasson's has been a favorite of mine for years. They are currently only doing to go orders due to short staffing, but you still get the same great food and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Please support this local restaurant and still tip on these to go orders. They spend a lot of time making sure everything is accurate and you get everything you need.
I drove to this location from a bit of a distance Alliance Oh. Because I love Parassons from my childhood. Unfortunately the dinning room was closed and I couldn't do a take a way. The smell of the food was just as I remember and I can't wait to go back and get some food ?. The smell alone gets them 4 stars and I am so excited to return and update my review to 5 stars! I definitely would recommend Parassons to anyone who loves Good Italian food. ?❤️?
It won't be long and another long time favorite restaurant will be gone. Per their website the dining rooms are closed due to an industry wide staffing shortage. Lol. Maybe 2 years ago. But if your management can't staff the business in a timely manner it's time for new managers. Heck hire 1 person a month and you'd have over 24 cooks and servers by now. And really $9 for a sub with NO side. Good luck with that.
I have loved this place ever since I was in college and the '80s and it's still never disappoints! Introducing it to a new generation of young people which includes my sons and their friends who are loving it also. The garlic bread is a must to get with whatever entree you buy! Wish they have one closer to me and Youngstown but I make the trip once in awhile from there to Akron because it is so good. Very much worth the drive!
Do not get to order out much due to finances. Normally so great but we were bummed. Pasta dry and really not taste full. No cheese on the baked pasta really? Noodles with everything thing mushy and we threw 58$ w poo the of food mostly out. So sad and should have stuck with McDonald's dinner box ?
Carry out only at this time, but that's ok, because the food is always delicious! Lasagna is my favorite and the house Italian dressing is amazing!
They have the best baked chicken alfredo! I go there just for it!

I use to love this restaurant, however they closed their dinner room over a year ago at all locations and they still aren’t open. How can you have a restaurant and not be open for dine in. It’s pathetic. We use to go once or twice a week, but now we can’t; and whenever you call and ask they say “we don’t know” so please, when are you going to open up?!?!
I just left there I did not get my meat ball and my Lasagna was cold and dry so obviously I didn’t get meat sauce on it very disappointed haven’t been there in a long time and I’m probably not coming back not worth driving back By the way my wife’s meal was hot and fresh exactly like it should’ve been Update I could not help but call talked with a manager took my information said he will send me a credit He apologized and was very nice to meet will see if he make this right I will go back
