Ordering over the phone was a nightmare. Went for Dominoes instead. Much easier.
We ordered a pizza last night and after about 20 mins got an email saying our order was cancelled. We tried to reorder it and it was cancelled again. It was during business hours so makes no sense. They didn't call us, and they didn't answer the phone when we tried to call to ask about this.
Ordered online to be delivered. Pizza was good, garlic knots were a little overly toasted, and they forgot my extra garlic sauces. Just upsetting when you pay for something and don't receive it.
My pizzas were oddly cut. My gluten free pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. My other pizza was missing toppings. I cannot believe the state of these pizzas. This is embarrassing!!!! Papa John's.... Do better!
Trrrrassshhhhh!!! so Unprofessional, lied about our order being on the way, after we waited 40 mins, 20 mins later we call and were told “you can come pick it up or have your money refunded “ we live 4 mins away.. then hung up on us twice and when we called back for names they said “ it’s none of your business” so ill be calling cooperate and i hope they loose their jobs :)
The pizza was cold. And I didn’t get my drinks. When I called the guy said he would send out my drinks but it would be an hour or so before he could send them. Do Better Papa John’s
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza for my family thru doordash papa johns my food was cold, had hair in it, the chicken wasn’t cooked. I called Papa Johns and the manager said they could remake it but we have to trade the pizza for a new pizza and that they wouldn’t refund it. So we drove to Papa johns and they took the pizza said give us 10 mins. But when we did they gave us back the pizza with the hair and stuff in it. I have worked in Food Service since I was 16 and customer policy if the customer is unhappy you do everything and anything to make sure the customer is satisfied. Periodt.
They pizza nasty but I taste the triple bacon it was delicious only if you eat it fresh
T E R R I B L E customer service.Honestly, do not waste your hard earned money at this specific Papa John’s. I’ve had multiple encounters with the person who works over the weekends (evening shifts). He is disrespectful every time I call from the moment he answers. Has no care for customer’s quality of food.The GM gave me a redeemable pizza saying to state my name for the next time I place an order.Tonight, I called and he answers.. giving me attitude already. I pushed that away. After telling him what happened and in the email it says I’m able to redeem my pizza, he says no. Then proceeds to curse me out using the “F” bomb.Lovely service!…. NotOh! Supposedly his name is Kane.
I ordered pizza it was not good. It wasn't even hot. It feels like I'm eating dried crackers not pizza.
