I hate to say it but if I could give a 0 star I would. We used to love ordering here. But the last few times the food was terrible. Today was the last straw. Brown lettuce, bad avocado and the order was wrong. The whole salad had maybe a cup of lettuce at most .........do not order. Our order was over 90.00 and when we call they basically said to bad, nothing we can do.
Every time I go there the food is great. The people who work there are great too. I definitely recommend their hot chocolate with whipped cream and Carmel drizzle.
My husband and I were extremely disappointed in the quality of salads we received. He ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad, not appealing at all nor flavorful. I the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad., it had NO Almonds or Sesame Seeds and very little Cilantro. Looking at the website the chicken appears to be grilled, this was nothing but lunch meat. Really? The coffee was lukewarm, Panera Bread needs to up their quality of food, this was pitiful. To top this the menu had shown a price of $10.99, we were both charged $11.39 per salad, with pop and lukewarm coffee totaled $27.76 without tax. We can get much better salads at a fast-food restaurant and pay less.
Just walked out. Standing at a closed register no one said a word or acknowledged me. Could've told me it was closed. Meanwhile four people piled in at the one register that was open. Won't be back. Go to McDonald's where it's cheaper and can get waited on

Ovens need cleaned have layer of grease. Overall needs good cleaning dirty place. Workers all seemed annoyed. The Mac n cheese dish honestly thought it was a elbow noodles floating in liquified white cheese soup.
Service was bad. I go to panera a lot just not this one and will not be going back. Food also was bad compared to the other ones I go to.
High priced, the piece of bread was great the soup was not! They treat you like it's a fast foodbplace when they could do a lot better! I've been to another Panera bread before that was excellent,!
I had the Asian Sesame chicken salad. Much of the lettuce was bruised and very unappetizing. There was so little dressing that I could hardly taste it. It was a very disappointing experience. The corn chowder was good, but the chicken salad sandwich had very little chicken salad!!!! I usually am impressed by Panera, but this Panera was just not worthy of praises. In addition, the tables were not cleaned and we were there at a very slow time with few people.
I have ordered the same salad from them multiple times and they have not gotten it right. I customize a certain salad and PAY EXTRA for it but they completely ignore what I have ordered.
