The pickup orders are always wrong. Today I ordered a Strawberry Chicken Salad w/ poppyseed dressing and an Orange scone. I get home and have no salad dressing at all, no baget and a Blueberry scone. How hard is it??
So I came in and ordered food for me and my family to go! I ordered the pick two and got a soup with the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, which sounded so good. When I opened my sandwich it was a whole sandwich but the chicken salad covered less than half of the bread which was so disappointing as I was looking forward to this sandwich. I am not sure if it is just this location but the were very skimpy on the amount of chicken salad that they put on the sandwich. Everyone else's sandwiches were find. I meant to call on Friday, April 29, 2021 but just got busy and was to hungry to deal with it.
Unfortunately it just wasn’t good. The smoothy tasted bad. The pizza tasted bad. The salad and bread were good even though the bread wasn’t even bagged separately it was just placed in our bag with the salads. Maybe that is the way they do things. I just always thought Panera Bread was better than this. The salad was good. I had a gift card and I know I had $15 dollars on it but the machine declined it twice and when I went to check the balance there was $15 available. I’m just really disappointed. I hardly ever leave reviews but thought in this case it was necessary.

This review is based on value only. We could have had lunch at Carrabba's Italian Grill or some other fine dining restaurant for the same price of 2 sandwiches, 2 bowls of soup and a side of macaroni and cheese at Panera. The food WAS good, BUT not worth the top dollar prices they are charging. Panera needs to figure out if they a fast food restaurant or fine dining restaurant with servers. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
We ordered green passion smoothy. Daughter drank a few gulps before she realized it had what appeared to be paper blended in with the drink. We contacted panera bread sent pictures of the problem but nobody ever responded or got back to me. Everything else we got was good. Not happy with customer service.
Had lunch with family today here and the service was great and polite. The food was alright but the service was fast.
I always have loved this place and their food is pretty good! I especially love the cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl! I used to get the one Italian sub until they changed the ingredients in it, it is still good but not what I remember. I also recommend the three cheese bagel, asiago bagel or pumpernickel! The staff is always very friendly and I love racking up those points to get money off and free things like on your birthday!
Cool. You get what you order. Food is good. If you get lunch here frequently you are bound to get something that you didn't order but call them and they will fix it ?
Met a friend here today and, as always, had a great experience. The gal taking our order was quite pleasant and humorous to chat with! And for as busy as this location always is, there is almost never a wait to get your food or beverage!
