The food was good. The floors were sticky in the bathrooms and could've been cleaner.
Came here on Mother’s Day and was seated within minutes. Seth our server was very helpful and took our orders right away. Small hiccup with the drink but he corrected it immediately. Appetizers and main entrees were served very fast and tasted wonderful. Seth was attentive and checked on us periodically so we never felt forgotten. Will be coming here again.
The stars are for the food.. it was awesome from the appitizer to the desert, including the wine! However, our server... sucked! She had zero personality, zero answers to questions, zero patience, zero anything. She was in our face constantly, pushing us to get done. She gave us the bill with desert and snatched her cash tip off the table as soon as she saw it stating she was leaving and to get someone else to help us if we needed something. Overall experience is a 3.
Terrible Experience!This was my first Time here with my Family and it will be also the last Time. First moment I walked in I got weird stares from the Hostess. At this point I should just have turned around and left. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. The plates were dusty and sticky, it was in overall not a clean Place. The meat was completely over cooked and I end up with Food poisoning. That was a pure Nightmare. Never again.Edit: I forgot to mention that the Manager was very friendly and kind and gave us good customer service and had them remade the food and said it will be a good experience for them to learn how to make it better. I thought that was pretty amazing and thoughtful of her I really like her attitude which cancel the bad experience of the rude Hostess.

Prior to the pandemic, this used to be a good chain. I have continued going here in hopes that it would be the same as it was, but this was the third time I did and it’s been consistently terrible. The main dish I ordered is the beef and broccoli and it’s been mostly bad each time, and the service has been completely awful all three times. I see all the other tables get attention from the servers, slow albeit, yet my table never does. I’m always polite so there’s no reason for that to happen. Tonight the server didn’t even try. At first when they were busy I understood, but once the building cleared out we still couldn’t get any service. This place is extremely expensive and you get nothing for it. Not worth it at all. I will not be dining at P.F. Chang’s ever again, and I definitely encourage you to do the same.

This was my first time ever going to P.F. Changs and it will not be my last! Decided to go here for my brothers bday- and yes they give free dessert for your bday!... so 1st- I was able to book a reservation through Google. I did call to make sure it was received on their end. It was. How cool?!So we arrived. The entrance? I was very impressed. Very classy in my book. They sat us at a round booth. The decor? Awesomely amazing! The music? Right on! It was nice having chinese upbeat instrumental music instead of stupid radio music. It added such character to the place.Our waiter was amazing! He was right on point and never skipped a beat. The food is so flavourful and hot! Very much perfect actually! The food presentation is very culinary! It was amazing! An Asian lover's food paradise!I just loved every part of my experience. I was nervous something was going to go wrong because of people's opinions and reviews but it was way above what I ever expected. Definitely will be recommending and visiting again in the near future!

The kitchen kept sending out sub par food. Part of my appetizer was burnt. My companion asked for their dish without carrots but arrived with carrots. I'm not in any hurry to return.
