I ordered food off of Uber eats. I specifically added a note stating no duck sauce, extra, extra soy sauce. I got my food delivered, there was only 2 packets of soy sauce in my bag when I have a whole pint of chicken fried rice. I called and explained and the lady who answered the phone was very rude, she laughed at me after I explained that 2 sauces isn’t enough for a all the stuff I ordered including chicken wings and a egg roll. I asked her what was funny and she just kept laughing and cut over me and said bye bye. This Chinese place used to be my favorite place growing up and it’s saddening that it has turned into experience such as this!

Freezer veggies in the rice.?????Wanted vegetable lo-mein, Xtra broccoli, nope.Like 4 pea pods.Never going back.If you're high or poor, you'll love this dump.

The rice was very moist and fresh so I can't complain

I was excited to try my sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice after I tasted a bite of my friends lomain (which was amazing) however when I went to eat my meal, I realized there was no flavor I was surprised because they are supposed to offer Chinese, japanese, and Cantonese food which in my mind is supposed be full of spice and flavor. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

They're still thriving and serving good food in west Akron at least 30 years.

Usually the rate 5 stars but the food has lost some of its kick I will be trying them again its 1 of my favorite spots plus I'll tell them how the last visit went and they will correct the problem

This place was a life long favorite. I can no long ignore foul smell (like rotten meat) that hits me in the face upon walking in the entrance and the inability to communicate (it’s been like 25, you still haven’t learn English). Lastly customer service isn’t that good. Jade Dragon is better.

Unfortunately, I’ve decided to order from this restaurant. The food looks as if it has been sitting in my unplugged microwave for three days, literally looks like there’s a sepia filter on my food. The color has evaporated into thin air and left me with Star Wars food. The only color in my meal was the ghastly transmission fluid looking red goop on my “beef”. I spent 60 dollars on a meal for my family and am now going to starve. I’m seriously tempted to roll over this heap of old rubbery noodles with my car so I at least get a smidgen of enjoyment in knowing nobody will have to eat them.

I've got to say that this place was refreshing. The service was good, though they forgot my chicken on my order, the food was the best Chinese I've had since I moved to Ohio. I really appreciated their Covid precautions as well. If not for forgetting the fried chicken I would give 5 stars.

Been going here since I was a kid and have always had hot, good food.
