Great coffee! Amazing service!! I called them very last minute for a large order of coffee Togo. CJ was more than kind - had everything ready to go for me and helped carry everything out. very clean laid back atmosphere coffee was amazing!!!
Hot chocolate was terrible. It tasted like warm milk, no chocolate flavor at all. Very disappointed.
Great coffee shop, one of my all time favorites. Vegan options too if that's important for you. I've spent so much time here between studying, dates, get togethers, and reunions, the atmosphere is good for anything. Super chill staff too.

Once regarded as one of Akron's top coffee spots, this Nervous Dog location is a tragic victim of the COVID-19 pandemic. What was once a clean and calming environment is now dark, dirty, and unkempt. Floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped for weeks. The establishment gives off a musty, almost mildew-like smell that's impossible to ignore. And while I usually like the coffee at other Nervous Dog locations, the drink I received today was all water, no caffeine.I have faith that this place will return to its former glory again. Until then, opt for the Fairlawn location.
They have the best coffee! Always super flavorful and not too sweet. The staff is always friendly as well.
Great coffee shop! Things I love about Nervous Dog: friendly, knowledgeable staff, great coffee, fun lattes and seasonal drinks when I'm feeling up for something sweet, fun atmosphere. Zero coffee snobbery, just friendly customer service! If you order on the app, they will bring your order out curbside! It makes it much easier for me to do a coffee run with a toddler in the car. I love that the owner has taken safety seriously during this pandemic. I love the ease of using an app rather than cash too! I like the vibe of the inside space a lot, of course I wish there were more seating, but it works for me as I'm usually just stopping by.
