My order was hot and fresh and correct, the only issue was the wait time. I ordered thru their app and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready and I waited another 15 minutes. The worker explained to me that the mobile orders are made after ALL the counter and drive thru orders. I was on my lunch break and then only had less than 10 minutes to eat it. I work at Subway and when we get online orders they're made at THAT time, NOT after everyone else is taken care of. ☹
Placed an mobile order, spoke with manager about order not being ready. Showed manager receipt of paid order. Manager asked other employees about order, seemed upset no one prepared it. Manager then continued to prepare orders. To my surprise he was NOT preparing mines. Served several orders before I asked hime about order. He asks me if I fixed the issue with the mobile order. I stated that you seen my reciept, I've already paid for order.He goes back in kitchen and I continue to wait..It's been over an hour now and I'm still waiting... kids and non employees behind the counter
Wanted to order a cappuccinobut they said they have to clean the machine. Asked how long it would take. They said it takes 15minutes. So I said "Okay I'll be back thru in 15" Waited for 20, came back thru and she said "they have to clean the machine" So I ask "they haven't even started cleaning it yet? so when will they?" She said "I don't know" Really Irritating. Lol
I stopped after work on Friday. March 4 to order a shamrock shake. Decided to get a Double cheeseburger bundle as well. Waited in line at the drive thru, played my order and was told unfortunately they were sold out of shamrock shakes. I was disappointed, but continued with the rest of my order of the $3.50 bundle. Got to the window to pay, gave my $4 in cash and waited for my xhange & receipt. Neither ever came, the employee working the window never gave me my change or even looked back at me. She was on her phone and ignored me. I waited for awhile, line backing up behind me. So I drove up to collect my food and told the employee at that window what had happened. She listened ,she looked lost and didnt seem to care. I said, I guess I don't need my change and drove off. Couldn't take the survey to tell anyone because I didn't get a receipt. Very disappointed in the service this day.
Waited in drive through not very long though but when I got to the window to I got the wrong order so I had to get back in line to get What I ordered the girl didn't apologize wasn't even aware What she did

I haven't had their breakfast in over 10 years. I truly enjoyed it especially the hot chocolate. Service was excellent. The line went fast. Will try them again. A bit pricey but overall enjoyable.
Management and crew need to be trained on how yo use there own system. Having family and friends that work for the company and could have done it but didn't, simple online order and gave them code when got there but still couldn't get the food because my phone wasn't there I am a shop manager and need my phone and can not leave as I sent my employee. Never again guess I'm going to BK from now on always ?????????????
I was very disappointed at this visit, I waited in line for over 12 mins and when I received my fries .. they were cold and hard!! And when asking for hot fries I am welcomed with eye rolls and fries that are now overcooked ! It was a very disappointing visit !!
We went through drive thru.line was long..I know we couldn't had been the only one to order hamburgers...How do they STILL serve dried hamburgers AND cold fries? Charging as much as they did!!!!
