Had placed a mobile order through the app for a slushie, a thing of hotcakes alone, and a big breakfast (hot cakes, with scrambled eggs, sausage and a biscuit). They couldn’t get the order right. I opened the bag to check my order before I left. This what I got. So where is my complete order?

I like to order from the McDonald's app and get curbside pickup. Food is usually good and they mostly get my order right. I have a big family with specifications on my order, they do pretty good on getting everything right. You can also earn free food through the app or special deals.

Alexis, who takes order for the drive thru, is the best. My friends and I all drive across town just to go this particular McDonald’s for her superior customer service experience (especially compared to other McDonald’s employees in the Akron area). Hope her kindness/personality and efficiency is appreciated by other customers and her colleagues.

This establishment is clean and they have transitioned to complete electronic ordering. The digital menu is a bit confusing to some and should have someone that is willing to help others at the boards so that they are able to place their orders without being confused as to what is the next step. People are still needed in the industry and replacing with digital ordering while inside is not 9r should not be the norm. Physical communication is still needed to keep customer moral as well as team member moral up.

This McDonald's is terrible!!!!! There frozen drinks are super runny and not frozen i get one every morning. Then i asked for extra whipped cream and they mixed it into the non frozen drink. Yesterday my bagel was hard and cold ? and today my strawberry pie was completely burt ......... i will not be back i will go out of my way to go to another mcdonalds

It always takes so long to receive my order and more than half the time they get it wrong. Two iced coffees took 30 minutes to make while they weren’t busy and I had to wait an additional 20 for them to remake them because they got it wrong.

This place is a joke if I could give it zero stars I would I literally sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes drove up to the window had two people look at me and didn't come talk to me for at least 15 minutes until someone finally came to tell me what was going and I told to at least put a sign up so other people will know and they said no they can sit there until the realize that the store is closed? great customer service guys

Had to pull around and wait and the girl came out with the food texting on her phone, doesn't even acknowledge me. She forgot the nuggets so I say something and she barely acknowledged me. Comes back out and I notice my sauce wasn't in the bag. She completely ignored me. It was the most disrespectful experience I've had with any business. I'm absolutely appalled.

If I could give -1 star I would. Waited 45 minutes after checking in for pickup. A green haired employee is the reason why I even got my food, she had just clocked in and didn't hesitate to help me. I really appreciate her help. The Mgr. was incompetent and told me she threw my food out because she thought I didn't want it. Avoid this location if you can.

They were not busy. It was late in the evening. I was the only car in the drive-through. All I asked for was a double with ketchup only and fries... I got a double with EVERYTHING. I absolutely hate mustard almost as much as I hate pickles... UGH
