I ordered a happy meal through the drive thru and when I received the happy meal box it was missing the fries. I went back through the drive thru and I explained that the box was missing fries and the person at the window was very rude and asked for the receipt. As we all know McDonald’s hardly ever give a receipt I go so frequently I grabbed the first one in my purse and handed it to the person at the window. She then said this is old and was rude with a very nasty attitude. I then parked and found the receipt. Once inside she refused to give me fresh nuggets and wanted to give me cold fries. I asked for my money back and she refused to give me my money. I am waiting for corporate to give me a call back. McDonald’s workers are the most rudest workers. To believe that they go through Chick Fil A training is a slap in the face.
Not that anyone is interested in McDonald’s but the one on Copley Rd turns lights off at 7 but doesn’t actually close until 11:00pm just fyi..the worker at window said mgmt does it to make ppl think their closed
Got shorted on change got fries instead of apples didnt get the ranch and ketchup we ordered and had to physically open the window to get help because we were totally ignored
This is BY FAR the worst McDonald's in Akron. The staff closes the restaurant whenever they feel like it so they can just talk and smoke outside in their cars without informing customers on if the store in closed or if they'll open again etc. The food is thrown together by what what I assume are people who don't value their jobs or think this is all funny to inconvenience people in this way. The frustration and irritation I've experienced here will never go away and their mission is accomplished. I'll never come back and will inform as many people as I can to do the same. The evening staff especially needs to be terminated for sure.
The customer service at this restaurant was the best at any McDonald's I've ever been. My husband dropped our food in the parking lot and before he could pick it up the manager was urging him to come back inside to have it replaced
As usual the fries are cold and soggy. Why can't they just throw away the old stuff. This is annoying since I only live a half mile from there so the fruits should be fresh and hot.
Manager couldnt get my order right at drive threw. When i went to window to pay i told her my order was wrong and repeated my order again. She rolled her eyes and said she was was short staffed and i had an attitude. I told her i had no attitude i was just repeating my order and that she was the one who seemed to have the attitude. She told me she was no going to serve me. Just because she was short staffed she shouldnt be a witch to customers. I see why she is short staffed. If she talks to customers they way she did me i can only imagine how she is with employees.i went to another McDonalds and the young man had no problem understanding my order. I have managed stores and worked with the public for decades. This mgr would not being working for me.

My chicken sandwich bun was moldy. Sadly, I didnt notice before I had already taken two bites ? This is not okay...
Line was long but they were fast in getting food and line went fast
