To my surprise I was in and out of the drive thru and back on the road with my CORRECT, HOT and Tasty food and milkshake order. I even had an issue with the mobile coupon deal code not working and coming back as invalid and started to get really anxious because I absolutely hate making people behind me have to wait for me so I was telling the lady working the payment window to just forget about my code and please take the 2nd milkshake off of my order because I couldn't afford to pay for it but the one training the other young lady told her to just comp it for me and to still go ahead and give me the deal since it was the app not working properly and not my fault. That was so kind of them to do add I really appreciated them for doing a bit more than they had to do just to make a customer happy. It's been a long time since I've had interactions with fast food staff who do not have rude or disgruntled attitudes towards every customer just because they felt like it. Every employee I interacted with during my last visit at this location, was exceptionally nice and friendly, as well as timely anger accurate! From taking the order, to making the items we wanted per the customizations to packing the correct items ordered into the bag and giving to meet them whole process was seamless, I have to say id give 5 stars add many kudos to everyone on that team. Thanks to them!
Bathroom urinal is like a 1ft off ground and maybe 10 inches away from sink no divider between sink and urinal. And half the ceiling tiles were all stained or wet..pretty sure that's a health inspection thing ..
The women at this facility are very disrespectful. From the junk they were rude at the drive thru speaker not acknowledging that we were even there and rushing our order I put in a mobile order and my mom put in a order over the speaker when we got to the window they gave my mobile order then just shut the window my mom sat there for 5 minutes before they opened the window again and asked if there was anything they could help us with at this point my mom was irritated and sternly told them they hadn’t given her HER order and angrily asked for the manger to which they ignored that request so she shouted it and the girls behind the counter started screaming and yelling WHO THE F IS SHE TALKING TO and the manager had to come finish our order
Sad looking Crispy Chicken Sandwich from this McDonald's location. It was $4.19. Didn't look anything like the advertised picture and it was dry. I guess better over cooked than under cooked. LOL!
I give them McDonald's on West market Street at zero rating the lady at the window did not give me my drink ask me to pull behind the car in front of me I did they brought my breakfast out and did not bring my drink out the front doors were locked still so I went around back through the drive-thru we went to the drive-thru and showed her my receipt until they only brought me the bag of food she's more or less call me a liar and said they usually she usually gives it the window and I told her she's the one that weighed it on me and she all she did was tell me to go park behind the car and she got real mean and rude with me I will tell a lot of people not to go there you will lose business
Every time I come to this store the employees are always great and they always are prompt at making people's food I've gotten multiple orders from there with fresh food and only once ever had a bad sandwich
The building might have got an upgrade but the employees didnt waited 5 mins in the drive thru and had to go inside to order cause nobody came on the speaker and the was another customer behide cussing me out because of it if they arent doing there jobs right they need fired
Typical fast-food Joint... Was there at the crack of dawn! 6 a.m. doors opened. Employees were rushed. Seemed a bit rude at first, that's understandable being that early.
Just went in for coffee. I could tell they ate still understaffed so have patience.
Well at this location, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the staff was how efficient and how fresh the food was. I was able to eat inside like the old days, and it just felt nostalgic. Although that's a sad thing to say, in this day and age I guess it's a good thing. But anyways these people are good and the food was good and the price was fine and the service was good. I give this place a 4 ⭐ rating.
