Whoever is in that first window this morning deserves a free lunch or bonus it’s 7am and she was so kind and it’s so rare to go thru a fast food line and really get so top tier customer service she offered minor conversations and engagement with a good morning hello how are u have a great day even complemented my hairstyle I don’t know anybody personally that joyful at 7am at work this just couldn’t go overlooked keep up the great work I’ll definitely be returning

They finally got rid of or moved the young ladies who thought it was ok to work the drive thru with headphones. It went from being the worst experience in friendliness and customer service to the best around. The young ladies working the breakfast shift are excellent and should be paid top rate. The lady working the menu and the register should be training and be promoted if not already. A+ customer Experience!!

This McDonald’s has great service!! The workers was very Polite and the food was was good!

Soooooo I just came threw the drive threw with my son and let me tell you what the lady at the first window I just wanna thank you so much for what you did and how you acted you are truly an amazing person inside and out and I didn’t get a chance to look at your name tag but Jr said thank you soooo very much

Changing my review due to current events. Tried to stop and grab breakfast on my way to an appointment. Total qas 14.36. I handed them 5 and told them take the rest from my card (which had over 11 dollars). The took the cash ran the card once for 4 and some change , waited 10 minutes closed the transaction started a new one and ran my card again for 6 and some change and then called 4 different people over because she still couldn't figure it out. Itd been 20 minutes already. Asked to cancel because it was taking too long, they proceeded to tell me it was because there was no money on the card, i said thats because you took it. They said I still owed over 4 dollars. I said again to cancel, they finally did but only the second transaction meaning I cant get the initial 4 something they rook back.

They are usually drive through only and if you try to go in the lobby at normal daytime hours the doors are locked and the manager will get mad at you and tell you off for trying to go in while shes on her cell phone

Really nice people. They work super hard and I know how it is working for fast food but they stick it out. Don't go at certain times though lol

Yo if yall only have 2 ppl working at night just close the store and quit being greedy! The service will be horrible with long wait times. #doordash

I had to asked why are the hamburgers be so dry at every MCD when we order burgers. Finally got fresh cooked and hot food

For being one of the oldest, this is the worst Mc Donald's establishment I have ever wasted my money at. My dog could manage this place better. Multiple MULTIPLE times have I returned to this place in hope that my experience was a fluke but NO time and time again have I wasted my money coming here hoping for a better outcome. I have never felt so stupid hoping that such a large company would have better quality control for those who plaster your name on the side of a building. Just look at the awful reviews one of your oldest establishments has bestowed upon it on the internet!! HOW WHY !?!I've enjoyed Mc Donald's my entire life, now you just don't care about the quality anymore. I cannot put into words how disappointed I am in you. My kids will never know you, Goodbye Ronald.
