consistent incorrect or incomplete orders, especially door dash. they do not care. i don't recommend this mcdonalds at all
When I pulled up to the outer drive thru order kiosk, after a minute or so I could tell the vehicle in front of me hadn't even ordered yet. After another couple minutes I pulled around to get in the other lane. The first guy was gone from the outside lane now and another vehicle pulled up and ordered, so I got back in that lane. I sat there waiting and started saying hello, anybody home, and finally I could here a faint little voice asking to take my order. I could clearly hear the inside lane speaker, but the outside lane speaker was very faint, especially with the ambient noise from vehicles running and the loud speaker in the other lane. But the food was good and service quick and friendly once I got my order in.
If you go to the Medina McDonald's you will be taken care of very quickly have your order and you're on your way. If you go to Wadsworth McDonald's you basically will sit in the Drive-Thru waiting to move forward until your car is about to overheat or you are a dehydrated piece of human. The first time I let it go...the second time I thought maybe it was a coincidence. The third time I went through this drive-thru I decided it is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced when it efficiency and time management. So I wait in line...I feel my skin starting to practically bubble from the sun. I finally make it to the window and I am given the wrong order...however, I don't realize this error until I am at home. There is no chance in hell I'm going back to that drive-thru. I ate ramen.
This is by far the worst McDonald franchise in the area! I know there is a worker shortage but almost all of the surrounding restaurants at least try to offer some service and food that is edible. This restaurant does not care how long you wait or how bad your food is! The management and ownership should be held accountable by corporate, that is if anyone there cares at all!!!! Never again will I give them my money!
Always making mistakes with my drive-thru order. And worst of all, the mistake is always in their favor: the food you get is always cheaper than what you ordered. If you're in a hurry and don't have time to check your bag...you're screwed. Montrose McDonald's knows this and takes advantage of you.
I asked if the toys in the Happy Meals were Mario Kart or not. She says, "Yes it's the Mario cars." I politely ask if I could ask which one they're giving out right now. Silence for a full 10 seconds followed by "...uhm what kind of Happy Meal did you want..." I repeated, "Well I just wanted to know which specific toy it was--I only want to buy the toy--can you tell me which you have?" "Uhh. No." I drove away.
Went through the drive through since the lobby was closed. We were in and out super fast the food was hot and correct. The staff was friendly.
Cashier at drive thru acted like it was too much trouble to do her job. The next window where I got my food was the friendliest person ever. It was like night and day between both people
I've been waiting in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes and finally just got to order lol. Maybe you should reopen your dining room.
Hours need fixed. It shows the dining room is open from 6a-7p but the drive thru is open until 11p. Go there and the place is shut down.
