Fish and Chips were great. Large assortment of beers for all tastes.
If looking for a great place to enjoy your weekend with friends, then Lock 15 is a must stop. The building is very spacious and comfortable. If your into patio dining, then you will really enjoy their outside dining area. The drink menu is extensive. There is literally a drink for every type of person. Such as wines, meads, IPA’s, and stouts all made with high quality ingredients.Scallops- The concept was there, but for me the quality of the scallops didn’t match the dish. These scallops were waaay to small and overcook. I suggest using the large sea scallops, and not the smaller bay scallops. The best part of this dish, was the roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce.Smoked pork ribs- the watermelon flavor was amazing. Nice Portion sizeChicken wings- really good watermelon flavored. Would’ve like them a tab but crispier
I enjoyed my experience here. Place was easy to find and had adequate parking for the amount of people that were there. However, if they were packed I could see parking being an issue.The restaurant itself is pretty cool. It has great space, great layout and great decor. They also have a pretty cool outdoor eating area that looked nice, but we opted to inside for the AC.I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was good, was nice and crispy on the outside but still pretty moist inside. The fries were good, but I could have done without the seasoning. But then again, I don't like fries with much salt, so others will probably like more. My gf got the same thing, and she enjoyed hers too.My buddy got the wings. He said they were just ok, but didn't think they were worth the price.My only real issue was the menu, both the physical menu you look at to order and then the selections of food and beverages they offer.The physical menu didn't have any prices listed on their beer menu, which was weird. Then on the food menu, most had prices, but some didn't. Like it was a flaw when printing the menus. For example, the fish and chips I ordered was the only entree without a price listed. It ended up being one of the cheaper items, so I was actually a little relieved when I asked our waitress.The menu items they offer don't really speak to me, but that's just me and my personal opinion. I actually had fish yesterday, but the fish and chips was really the only thing that looked appealing in the entree section...at least for the price.The prices on the menu are pretty steep for an average Joe like me. But I haven't had anything else there so I can't say if the price is justified. I'm ok with paying more if the food is on point.But saying all that, I still enjoyed this place and would return. The food and beer I had were all good and it seems like a fun place to go with a group of friends.
We love this place. They have the best fish and chips we've ever had. My husband and I come to get it a few times a month. The last time we went though he tried a new menu item, The Dip, and said it was the best french dip he's ever had. The atmosphere and staff are also great. It has an old warehouse kind of feel inside and a cute covered patio for outside dining. We highly recommend checking it out!
The place was busy, still was seated immediately on a Friday night. Pretzel was good and the beer cheese was excellent. The fish and chips were very good. Great beers as well, of course.
Great brewery with delicious food! Open atmosphere with table seating, bar seating, and patio seating. Great beer list with variety.
We had 4 adults and 5 kids with a reservation today. We met family from Columbus so we stayed a little longer but no rush for us to leave by staff. The service was great and all the food was wonderful. I don't drink beer but the others enjoyed flights and liked what they tried. Our waitress said that the menu changes seasonally and will change next week. I look forward to trying more food at Lock 15 Brewing!
