Ordered a to pizza for pickup at 610. Pizza was 40min late. Ridiculous. 45 minutes standing in line waiting for my pizza. Then they come out to let me know that it's not even been put in. Unreal I would never recommend this place to anybody what ridiculous management. If I could give it less than one star If I couldThen when I call back to get my order canceled and get my credit refunded the great manager who wouldn't give me her name decided just to block my number and not refund me.

Assistant manager accused me of putting hair in the pizza box before bringing the pizza back in after I complained. I simply asked her to remake the pizza and she refused and gave me my money back. The owner has always been great to me as a customer and the food has always been good but the assistant manager’s behavior was unacceptable and I will NEVER give them my business again. She also told me not to ever come back there again. She called the owner and apparently he told her that she did the RIGHT thing. SMH

This is our first time ordering since they opened I must say I am disappointed at the customer service we were provided . Before the name change we were loyal customers especially on wing Wednesdays . Today we made an order online and after placing the order we realized that the wing Wednesday was back however online it was still charging us the regular price . I called the restaurant to see if they can Re ring me up for the wing Wednesday order and cancel my current order but heheh suggested I did it myself online I try to explain to them that I can’t do it myself because they had marked it as ready for pick up . The manger was in the background telling the guy on the phone what to tell me and never even got on the phone to provide me with an explanation they guy basically told me that I’m the only person who called today with that problem and there is nothing They can do . I have never heard of a restaurant who couldn’t cancel an order and re ring me for a different order . Very poor customer service and I did not appreciate it . Really blows my mind . As a restaurant order myself this is just unacceptable . If i could give this review no stars I would . This place needs a new manager .

Honestly, this is my first time getting this since it changed from your pizza shop, but I was under the impression it was the same owners. Regardless your pizza shop have some of the best pizza out there. I order a medium pizza today. It's definitely some terrible frozen dough like Domino's used to use. Honestly, it's just the most disappointing pizza I've ordered from a non-chain restaurant. Not a big review guy but this was just disappointing experience because for a medium pizza and 10 wings it was 36 bucks. The wings are anything to write home about but there's nothing to complain about either. But I'll never be back here for sure

I'll travel for good Pizza, and the rest of the menu looks awesome as well.All hand made and fresh toppings!Also a good sense of community,with a friendly crew.

Pizza is horrible now! This is my second time going back after the name change. The first time was not good. I decided to give them another try but the pizza was actually worse than before. It's a bunch of grease. What happened to your pizza?!?!

Just ordered a thin crust and got a pan pizza. Ordered Hawaiian and found a few bacon crumbles on a few of the slices. I ate a piece of the pizza I was given in error, and it was floppy and under-cooked by my standards—that’s part of why I order thin crust. I can’t bring myself to eat more than a piece. $20+ down the drain and no time to return to the store this evening to rectify the error. Wanted to try you for the first time and like you but was completely underwhelmed.

Originally had issues ordering and getting through to anyone. UPDATE(Lee Angelo’s reached out and was able to order. There was a huge snow storm recently and they seem to actually be the only one open. Despite issues getting ahold of anyone, they have fixed this. Appreciate you guys down there!

Everything! though, at present, this 1st timer just had 2 pies, i cannot wait to try the rest of their menu! what a Great, lip-smacking experience!!!

Great pizza. The staff was great. They talked to each other like my dysfunctional family, which was comforting. Anyone who would give them 1 star for the staff breaking each other's chops needs to reevaluate their priorities and learn to make their own pizzas.
