The service is always amazing! They greet you with a smile and always make sure you are taken care of! Lunch is all you can eat sushi for 16.99, a deal like you can't believe!
Food was terrible! Wasted $100!! Boston roll add cucumber was entirely cucumber with two extremely small bits of shrimp. Fried zucchini was very soggy & not completely cooked. Everything else was below mediocre. Don't waste your money here!*SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO KASAI JAPANESE!! BEST SUSHI & HABACHI AROUND!!!*To the owner: I would NEVER waste my money again at your restaurant & advise anyone to go elsewhere. You made "add cucumber" a cucumber roll w/ basically nothing that the roll consisted of, barely any fish roe. Don't make claim your restaurant did what I asked when you personally did not see the food your restaurant provided. Ignored your fried zucchini was beyond inedible. Your rice was worst than getting Chinese at a mall, nothing hibachi at all. Eating in your restaurant should not make a difference, quality should be on point if it's to go or take out!Never eat here! Period!
Stopped in for the first time today. It's a confusing scene to navigate at first, but any questions you ask will be answered. The host on Friday 3/25/22 was a very nice guy, even came by to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything a couple times. My server was new. As a server I understand the stress and I saw multiple tables being a little mean to her. I did not have any problems and she made sure to find the answers to my questions, and was overall very very helpful. Love that for her. I hope she continues to do her best. Had the spicy broth. It wasn't my favorite, and next time I'll definitely get sushi because you can never go wrong with it. My fiance got Chinese herb broth with all the fixings and even made his own special sauce to enhance the flavor. SAUCE BAR is the way to go to enhance flavor of your hotpot. He loved the hotpot and I am definitely more of a sushi girl. They have a waste rule. 10.99 extra charge per pound of wasted food. Soooo. Eat with your tummy and order more after. I was bad and wasted all my hotpot.. had no problem paying the 10.99. not their fault I made poor choices. She was very kind about my waste as well. Super happy and informed during my first visit. Can't wait to have sushi next time ?
I ordered sushi and a side salad and noticed a bug as I’m eating. I threw my salad and the sushi in the trash. Sad because I have ordered from here a few times before. I will not eat here again.
Very good food and nice concept. Love that you can cook your own soup and it's all you can eat sushi. Love how ordering works and the experience is just great. Love this place.
We had an absolute beautiful experience today here! A huge thank you to the amazing service from our server he was FANTASTIC. And to the beautiful soul that paid for mine and my boys lunch, I can't thank you enough, I hope you get to read this because I can't tell you how much it means to us. I was just telling our awesome server how I always pay for the people behind us at dunkin and the other day my foster son asked "does anyone ever pay for you" so when he found someone took care of our bill, the boys were so surprised, so thank you, so so so so so much! Absolutely blown away by how much I liked this place. Drove an hour and a half to try the all you can eat sushi and it was better than some sushi places I've gone to that you pay by the roll. Will be back every time I'm near canton/Akron.
First hotpot experience and we loved it. We were able to get all you eat sushi and a small hotpot so we could try everything. The sushi was very good and fresh. The hotpot had so many elections we had the waitress help us pick a good starter plate and showed us how to cook everything. Overall everything was very good and we will go again.
Went to the Fairview Ohio location today for the first time, the restaurant was cleaned, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast and excellent. Great food for a great price. Would definitely come back again.
I HIGHLY reccomend this place! I absolutly love the all you all eat sushi,its really worth the price for unlimited sushi,nigiri,and sashimi. Always fresh and delicious!
