Everytime we order on doordash we either have a lot of missing food or our order is straight up canceled. I love kfc food and we basically have to go to this one because it's the only one open but sometimes we just really don't feel like leaving the house but it really shouldn't be so hard to get this right. Once we ordered a couple buckets for a party of people and you claimed you couldn't make them. Why advertise things you refuse to serve? probably won't be ordering from here because having my order canceled on me yet again was just the last straw I'll either go to another kfc location or none at all.
I recognize this is one of the very few KFCs left in Akron Ohio and it's actually in Springfield off of 224 this place has some of the best staff I think I've had at any chicken place the woman reviewed my order to me and explained that they didn't have certain items to call my customer now I was working and doing delivery so I didn't expect her to advise me to call my customer and see if they want replacement products not only that the food is always fresh I've never had bad chicken from this place however it is very understaffed and also under stocked for products I have known this place to run out of chicken and also odds and ends like in the sides department the building could use a makeover as far as the signage and the exterior but also it needs a GM to come in or a DM to come in and reevaluate what is necessary for this building to succeed further.. however even though all of those things are going on with this building it's still one of the best don't hesitate to stop out
The only KFC for 20 miles that is open after 7pm .... and they were swamped. Drive-thru orders only or Grub-hub-style delivery. Waited 45 minutes from the line that formed in the street through getting handed my food. They were out of some things and my order was missing 2 items. But the service was polite and efficient and sometimes you just have your taster set for KFC.
The food is good but obviously with the workers get paid minimum wage for a reason... There is never a straw there is never a spoon for the mashed potatoes and the trailer park ghetto girl who works the window is probably the reason. It is her job to make sure all of that stuff is in the bag. If she's not working the window she is outside the door screaming at someone on the phone. If I remember correctly she looks like she just got out of the show breaking bad and has a piercing in her cheek.
Better than most, any inner city fast food is just a waste of money anymore. It's nice to go to a place and get your money's worth, actually enjoy the food you buy, and it comes with service that's so far above the rest. Wish I could say this for so many more restaurants anymore. It's sad I gotta drive 25 mins from home to get food that is worth eating.
The food was good but gave me food poisoning. When I told other people about my experience they said last time they were at this location they had food poisoning too I won’t be returning for a long time if ever just the thought of kfc makes me feel sick to my stomach now.
I ordered an extra coleslaw. They didn't give it to me. I went back through the line, and told the lady they didn't give me the coleslaw. She wanted me to hand the bags back into the window. Seems like she should have believed me, instead of questioning what I said. Basically calling me a liar.
Eat here often, never a bad experience. Always hot & fresh Food. Good service.
It was terrible ? I went into the dining room to order, and I was not served I stood in line for forty minutes waiting to place my order non of the employees thought enough of the customer to let me or anyone else know that it was drive thru or online orders only. But of course if you don't have people skills you wouldn't know that.
KFC is great! Always good food, and service! Go there often! Yummy
