Call to place and order, was but on hold. After be6on hold for 20mins, decided to drive there after leave Home Depot in the Falls. Still on hold, get to the restaurant. Waitress ask if I placed an order. I told her no, I'm still on hold from 20 minutes ago. Her only answer was were busy. Looking around the restaurant and seen 5 open booths and all tables opened. She said you'll just have to wait. RUDE!!!!!!!!.THIS PLACE WAS NEVER LIKE THIS BEFORE, SERVICE IS GOING DOWN. I USED TO COME HERE EVERY WEEKEND, BEING I ONLY LIVE AROUND THE CORNER. DONT KNOW IF ITS THE NEW HIREZ OR WHAT? BUT TIME TO FIND A NEW SPOT. BECAUSE I WORK TO HARD FOR MY MONEY. TO GIVE IT TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T RESPECT YOUR BUSINESS........PEACE!!!!!

I love the croissant JJ's! I don't eat pork so I'm happy they added turkey to the menu! Their home fries are always well seasoned, but they have gotten a little stingy with the portion ?
Called multiple times let the phone ring more than 10 times every time no answer I'm at work looking for some food to go saw this thought I'll try the steak and eggs they won't answer those so I guess not I'm a big breakfast person I've been looking for a good breakfast place in Akron for a while now obviously it's not here

BUGS IN FOOD. I opened my box and was eating when a bug crawled out from under my food. It got stuck in the cheese on my potatoes and I smashed it. I called julians about it and she told me to bring it back for a replacement. I go and the owner told me I’m lying and the bug came from my house , which I know it didn’t because it was DEEP in my box. Refused to replace my food (THAT HAD MAYYYYBE 2 BITES OUT OF IT) and refused to refund me.Disgusting establishment and disgusting customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE.
You guys do great things. To go orders are bomb; like a sat in. the bacon is crispy still upon arrival to my destination. One breakfast I will completely finish. Annnnnnd the Steak??Perfection.
2 friends and I stumbled across this place. We stopped for breakfast. All 3 plates were great. Friendly service!
