Food was very good. Took a bit to get the food. Server was nice. Place was clean.Had the Reuben. Very good. Could have used more dressing. Would recommend it.

Always good food. Drinks are average poured and priced. I drank beer though. Average selection however I feel like it could have more beer choices. Servers were nice.
Picked up a super simple (Dash) to go order 1 sandwhich, 1 dip. Waited 20+ min. While observing seems to be a kitchen staff problem or management. Front of the house handled their business. Food sales needs some work.
The food runner didn't know what he was doing. We kindly asked for some extra sauce & never heard from him again. He looked like a 14 year old. The waitress was good. Our dinners were delicious. Hope the manager talks to the young man about work ethic❗
staff very rude. extremely loud in there on a Thursday, no games on...stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated, we were the only customers waiting. 4 people walked by and we were not acknowledged. when the greeter finally came to seat us, not too friendly. we left. will not be back.

The bbq bacon cheeseburger is hands down the best I’ve had anywhere in Ohio. We come here just for this burger. The atmosphere is great and the service is always good.
I want to make everyone aware they are charging a credit card processing fee 2.50% now. I didn't remember seeing that before. So now a fee, tax, tip, and bill: so really save your money if you want to go there. They may have had a sign on the door, and I just didn't see it.
