Stopped for a lil John for my little guy and tried an unwich for the first time. My little guy ate his sandwich faster than I’ve ever seen him eat anything so it must’ve been good. I was really pleasantly surprised at how delicious and easy to eat my unwich was. I was skeptical before unwrapping it, how could something wrapped in lettuce actually work? But work it did. Right into my heart.
This location always brings their A game!!! Friendly, fresh ingredients, excellent bread. Great prices for quality product!

There was an item missing from my order (it happens), when I called to inquire about about the lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful and offered to have the missing items delivered again. Above and beyond customer service that I wasn’t expecting. I’m impressed.
We tried the new Chicken Caesar Wraps today. First off, the staff was friendly and they were made right. With that being said, from pictures I've seen, I was under the impression it was pieces of chicken in the wrap. They said tender juicy chicken in the ads. What was actually in ours, was chicken that had been pulverized into a "very fine" pile. I didn't care for that really, but the taste of the wrap was ok. I think it's somewhat pricey too for what you get, it's $8.25 not including a drink or chips. We got 2 wrap combo meals, he added bacon to his, and it was like $25. Kinda high for just sandwiches and chips. I was excited for this wrap but I wouldn't get it again, disappointed.
Delivery driver would not deliver to the hotel room even though she could. Dropped at front desk and called me try to reduce the tip Store said I couldn’t do it. I have food delivered to my room all the time from every delivery service just flat out lazy delivery person
Go here all the time, always great food and service, but this time was sad to see we ordered 2 of the tuna with extra cheese and tuna only to see there wasn't even enough tuna to cover the whole sandwich. So just bread a cheese .. please don't be in such a hurry to not put the right amount on!!
If you want fast food service, Jimmy John's is the best!
Terrible business. They seem to be struggling financially nickle and diming customers, friendly people horrible policies.
