Great sandwiches! Love jj. Rating this location 3 stars because I paid for extras on my sandwiches and didn't get them but my sandwich was still very good and my wife's sandwich was perfect.
Not sure if it's staff shortage or other changes but this location has really gone downhill the past year - my order is either wrong or super late, sometimes both! Forgot my cookie two orders in a row. Completely ignore curbside when I tried to use it and had to go in anyway. Currently waiting for a sandwich I ordered 40 minutes ago from 7 minutes away.EDIT: In total took an hour to get a veggie sub and chips.
I was disappointed with the customer service today. I ordered a Beach Club cut in half. After eating the first half, something didn’t taste right. I opened the second half and realized the avocado spread was barely there. I asked for a little more, the manager told me I would have to pay $1.50 for extra. After a few minutes of explaining I didn’t want extra, just enough to taste, I gave up. Customer service is dead in this store.

Ordered my food at 12:41. It's now 1:54. I called and inquired about my food... was advised they are busy and only have two drivers. (Understandable) the world is short staffed. However, I ordered one sandwich. One. It's now going on almost an hour and half. Still don't have my food. Still. The delivery fee is almost 3 bucks....
The food wasn't as good as other locations . The staff weren't very friendly.

Never EVER order from here! I ordered on the app at 7pm on Saturday. They NEVER said they were closed AT ALL. The app took my order and my money OF COURSE then sent me an email saying my order will arrive first thing Monday morning because they are closed for the weekend! Haha!! Couldn’t they have said that BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY?!?!? What a joke! So now my order will arrive at my work Monday morning and I work NIGHTS!!! You have to CALL TO CANCEL but guess what? They’re CLOSED!!! Ugh Worst customer service EVER!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! They for sure lost a pretty loyal customer!!!!
