Since I found Jade Dragon I have stopped ordering Chinese food from any other location in Akron. I used to be a loyalist to another place, but it has all changed. Jade Dragon is by far the best fast-casual walk-in Chinese Restaurant in the area.I've had the following items over the last few months and EVERY SINGLE ONE was AMAZING:- Steamed dumplings: Leave the house, open Doordash... buy them now!- Curry Chicken with Onion: Phenomenal, more rich unique flavor than the others in the area.- Hunan Chicken: Perfection right amount of "vinegary tang"- Tofu w/ Mixed Vegetables: The crisp on the tofu was perfect.- Hot and Sour soup: Found the addition of chicken a little weird (you don't normally find that in this dish locally) however the flavor made me not even care about the added chicken. So good.I am closed to convinced that it would literally be impossible to have a bad meal here. Thanks for all you do!
Was very low class. I tool my nephew there he went in to get our order and when we got home I realized not only did they not give us all the food we paid for but they also took advantage of my 15 year old nephew and gave him back fake money in change. When I went back up there to tall to them they refused to even acknowledge what they done and also refused to let me talk with the manager and Said they had no way to contact them. Very low class establishment
Very rude and disrespectful. I called to place an order and the person who seemed to be a manager didn’t even let me to finish up my word and rudely interrupted me said “ we don’t accept orders and hung up”. What’s your problem lady. Weren’t you taught in your family to be polite and nice to people, your family didn’t raise you right I guess. You should be thankful even for one ring. You’re taking it for granted. Simple thing be nice to people specially when running a business. One star is too many. you deserve zero.?
Was our families favorite spot for Chinese but they no longer do delivery so we went elsewhere. Now they force you to use DoorDash and deal with all those crazy add ons to the price. Just not worth it anymore when other restaurants are still happy to run it out to you for much much less. Our order was also almost double what it typically is on the DoorDash app. Not sure why there would be two different prices and a much much much higher delivery cost. Let us know when you get delivery back!
This place was about average for Chinese takeout. The dumplings flavor was weak and the dipping sauce gave a little flavor. The egg foo young was good and the gravy added a nice taste. This was a combo with fried rice. I asked for no frozen peas and carrots in the rice, but still got them. There is no meat in their fried rice. The flavor of the mapo tofu was really good, but there was no ground pork, and half the dish was frozen peas and carrots. I really dislike frozen peas and carrots as a cheap filler. The service was very good and friendly.
This is my go to chinese place. Food is very affordable for how much you get, and all of it is very well made. The garlic chicken is to die for. I started going here so often I made an online account with them, which is something I rarely do.
Dumplings were soggy, doughy inside, flavorless. Sesame chicken had zero flavor except for an overwhelming heat from peppers, and I like a little heat but my mouth is on fire. The fried rice was crunchy. Not from being fried but underdone. Since I ordered through DoorDash, they wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem and DoorDash customer service was disabled through the app. Save your money. Go to China Dragon instead.
In my opinion the best Chinese food in akron, or the whole 330 for that matter. Great tasty food and very quick delivery.
My experiences with this restaurant's customer service have been positive so far. Their delivery staff has always been polite. Food quality is great. Nothing to complain about there whatsoever. Delivery time is reasonable.
This was awesome it was cooked really well they had awesome customer service this is definitely a place to eat again.
