Our waitress was excellent!!! Food was perfect and everything was spot on. No complaints!!!
We were greeted inside by a very polite gentleman who seated us at a table. Our waitress welcomed us to IHOP and with a joyful smile. Politely, she took our order and within two minutes our drinks were served, followed shortly afterwards our breakfast. It was served hot and everything was perfect. She came back shortly asking if we needed anything else.I ordered the Big steak omelette, (Yummy). That was huge and delicious.If your looking for a restaurant to enjoy yourselves, you need to come here for a Great Meal, Friendly Service and Cleaninous.Thank you, IHOP
I shipped from my fresh cup of amazing coffee... Then found lipstick on my cup. I'm not wearing lipstick today. Instantly lost my appetite....We weren't charged for my coffee or my daughter's soft drink... We left. Not returning.Menu has changed and everything that was great is GONE. Definitely not returning.
I was a little shocked during my visit here. Being from the Ashland/Mansfield area, I've gone to the Ontario location multiple times and have always had a great experience. This location was much different. The menu seemed different and my food wasn't nearly as good as it usually is at the Ontario location. However, the waitress was super nice and did a great job checking on us at just the right frequency. Not sure if this is an independently owned franchise or something, but definitely isn't the same as some other locations I've been.
My Family and I have gone to the IHOP closest to our house 3 times in the past 2 weeks. And the first time it was early morning, and the food was Awesome! My Wife and I, as well as all 3 of our Kid's Loved it. So we go back a few days later, but during the Evening Time. And the food wasn't so much a problem, but the service was almost unbearable. So we decided to try one more time, and this time we seriously had the worst Waitress we've ever had. But this time the food wasn't good either. And it sucks because we are one point we're Soo excited to eat there!!!
?? service and food NOT good! Server was nice but not attentive at all, especially during a very slow time of the day. Sent food back and the manager wouldn't even come over to the table. I work in food service, so I understand but this was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Will never return.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF GLUTEN FREE! I ordered gluten free pancakes. They did not honor what I asked. I realized I had gluten pancakes because I saw that the bill did not up charge for gluten free. I left crying. Puked a ton. If you have an allergy, do not eat here.
Nasty, still. Was here 6 mnths ago was a bad experience then and now it's turning out the same will update, after the meals comes out we've been waiting 30 min so far. We'll see lmao...
Service and food was great! Reasonably priced.1/15/22 Had a great lunch here today! clean, waitress attentive but not over bearing and our food was good!!
Delicate food. Quick service. Love their butter pecan syrup. Typically get the smokehouse combo, with scrambled eggs with Cheddar cheese.
