Best set up and the cleanest hibachi xpress in Akron
2nd time here and I love everything about it. Generous portions, the veggies are cooked to perfection, and the service is amazing too, they are great people. Highly recommend!
I eat here 2-3 tones a week and I’ve tried other locations around the area but I always come back to here! Absolutely delicious and the portions are perfect! I always get the double entree chicken and steak and I would recommend it to anyone!!!
This location is very different from the others in the Akron area. Our meals were not cooked on a Hibachi grill, they taste, feel, look like they were steamed. The rice isn't the right kind and the scallops are not real. The noodles were good, but that was the only part worth it. They should find out what the other locations do and start taking a cue from them, especially Highland Square.
I have the pleasure if talking with the owner she explained to me that this was a new business venture for her. That she never did hibachi before and it's harder than she thought but she's giving her all. We spoke about the bad reviews. She said, "she heard what they said and spoke with the staff about portions size and seasons." She didn't add too much seasons because of people health conditions and portions size she just wasn't sure how much to give. But now she's trying something new and hopes it's right. I know when I go there she offers me a free drink and loads me up with food if the wait is long. She doesn't have to do that and I tell her that but she still does. So baby you can't please everyone I will pray for you trust in God and keep moving you learn by trial and error you will get there eventually forget the nay sayers .
I spent 27 dollars on two meals and it was a straight rip off! All we received is mostly hard rice little piece of broke up broccoli and chicken. First and last time ordering from there! Should have look at the reviews before ordering. Next time We will stick with the Highland Square spot
This hibachi is not like the other locations this one is totally disgusting better off going to the one in highland square better quality food there better meat even better veggies and rice basically better everything! You will not be satisfied ordering from here!
