After reading all these negative messages, i guess I now know why they were closed at 210! I was so livid, I drove from the Green! & I’m sure everyone knows how awful the Eway has been. Now My Hubby & I are already disappointed & weren’t not even going to try it…With that being said, does anyone have any recommendations for another place?
Cashier was nice but lacked speed. Food was good in the moment then when I got home it blew my stomach up. Noodles taste like ramen noodles that sat too long. Overall it was nasty .
Those tiny shrimp shouldn't even be counted as a meat! And they are so lazy that they leave the entire shell on the shrimp! I shouldn't have to dig through my food for puny shrimp just to unshell them. I didn't care too much for the taste either. Very stingy with the vegetables too! Not worth the money....Never again!!!
The worst hibachi I've ever had. I swear they did it on purpose. Ordered a double chicken entree, totaled around $20 and we received a single chicken, like 4 pieces of broccoli, literally ONE slice of carrot, and the rice was so clumped together it was hardly edible. I will be contacting a manager and if that doesn't result in anything, corporate. That's a lot of money to charge for food that doesn't even come close to its price.
So disappointed by how this once great fast, high quality food locale became such a run down and dirty dive smh. The staff don't wear gloves anymore or when they do they don't change them after handling money and your food? I've seen them bag up food, take money, give change, go outside and smoke and come back in and do it all over again.. with the same pair of gloves. I'm watching this as I'm sitting waiting for my order. I put my order in at 2:20 and it's now 3:25 and I'm just getting my food. Its terrible how bad this place has downgraded.
My first time here, food was goooooood AF! I love their yum yum sauce too
Food was terrible. Will never be go back to this location. And the people looked dirty as hell..:no gloves no masks no nothing
This is mainly a takeout Asian place. They are located in a strip mall near the Home Goods store. There are a few tables if you want to eat there though. The food is good and service is pretty fast. I liked the egg rolls.
I love habachi and this place has been good to me before but today there service was horrible. I believe it's due to staff that's inexperienced on the stovetop. The noodles had wayy to much sauce on it ( not sure what kind of sauce) and we're horribly soggy. The meat looked like it was cooked but once I bit into it it was noticibly raw. (I'm pregnant so this could have been very dangerous). The meat to veggie to noodle ratio was way off. Barely any veggies. Overall poor experience. I was hungry so I picked out the meat and managed to eat some of it but I will NOT BE COMMING BACK. Spend your money elsewhere people.
This is the WORST FOOD EVER! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The RICE WAS MUSHY, Chalky, AND hard pieces throughout it (old rice). I called to ask for a replacement or refund and was told they did not give refunds and I should have tasted it before I left. I asked if they allowed customers to taste the food before leaving? She hung up on me. She was rude and said she would call the police if I didn’t stop asking for a refund. She called me out my name a very derogatory name. I asked for a manager she said they didn’t have a manager. The food was absolutely horrible and she threatened me several times. My husband and family all listened in on the phone call. Many many negative reviews about this restaurant. They will be out of business soon.
