I've ordered here numerous times.The last 2 times I ordered double pepperoni, with banana peppers on one half.Both times no banana peppers, even though I paid for them.The manager told me I Was wronge.He wanted me to bring it in.You need to deliver me the pizza that I ordered.I like the recipe, but that guy was very rude, and disrespectful.Good luck with that.Larry
I wsh I could have gave no stars if I could I ordered a 12 piece chicken and JoJo's and I asked for it to be fried a little longer and they didn't and I got all the way home and I had soagy chicken with skin falling off the chicken.so I took it back and the manager gone tell me this is the only time he can do this, but this was the 3rd time this happened. I will never go back I paid to much not to get what I asked for.
Best pizza in Akron! Quick delivery times and very friendly and polite delivery staff. My orders are always hot and fresh. The website needs to be fixed, several times I have clicked delivery when starting the order, only to have to double check during the checkout process to make sure it hasn’t reverted to pickup. Thanks again for the great food!
I hate doing this but.. I've ordered from here for years and the food and service has always been great. Last night, I ordered food and the back door opened. The employee was dripping raw chicken all over the floor. I came back 20 minutes later and it wasn't cleaned up and employees were walking right through it. Super unclean. I threw the food out and will not be going back.
No customer service. Staff very rude and in accommodating due Pure laziness. Store has awkward drive thru were staff constantly block and park right up against and into pickup lane. They’ve kept front closed despite labeling curbside pick up and the front basically situated to comply to Distancing regulations and not being able to Fit Duly trucks or semi’s or pedestrians being told getting the drive thru lane and proceed in line or wait it out on the side for the line to deplete. Absolutely unacceptable disappointing won’t buy and family feast weekly again sad ?
Always have our orders delivered and each delivery is within the time frame stated and the employees are very curteous and friendly. We picked up one time during a snow storm and had to keep driving around the building because our order was not ready and there was nowhere to park. The gentleman at the window ended up giving our order to the wrong people and they had to remake everything. So we had to waite longer. We were offered a free two liter of coke for the inconvenience. But, the customer service is genuine and above all other local pizza shops.
Great chicken and decent pizza. Food rarely ready at quoted time. Forget about trying to get delivery unless you're not hungry and have a full evening with nothing to do.
We like to order from Gionino's often, so their online order app works real well and remembers who you are and makes payment easy. we usually go to their drive-thru window since they are only about five blocks from us (lucky us!). All of their food is really great, I must say.
Gioninos is our absolute favorite pizza! You can never go wrong with any of their pizzas. Their salad their is our favorite too, they fill it up with tons of cheese and their dressing is so good. Our favorite pizza is the Hawaiian pizza. It always stacked high w/ pineapple and ham and that special kind of beacon they use. We also love the Florentine pizza, the Mediterranean, the caprese, and the four cheese gourmet pizza. The regular red sauce is amazing and so is their white sauce. So whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong and you will love it!
I been ordering from you guy's for years, I am basically a regular. I love the Buffalo chicken pizza and love to add banana peppers onto it, it tastes Soo good please keep up the good work!
