If you like average quality food at a low price, this is the place for you. The lasagna was okay, not great. Would not order it again. The salad bar was messy and low on everything. The floor and tables were dirty. The bill was cheap but you get what you pay for. We had food to satisfy our hunger, but not a good meal
They only have the pizza buffet open for dinner one night a week so waiting a half hour to be seated was expected. Everything on the buffet was pretty good so no complaints there. Our waitress was pretty good as well. If I had one thing to complain about it would be the fact that they ran out of small soup bowls. I told our waitress, she told kitchen staff & they brought clean ones out not long thereafter. So not a huge deal especially on such a busy evening. Overall everything was great.
Make sure you check your order before pulling away from drive through window. They shorted us a cole slaw , a couple months ago it was a salad. They claim they are short staffed. Manager Mark would not even take one minute to speak to us. Been going to Lembos for 40 years . In my opinion lately has been going downhill. Burnt scraps in our box of chicken. Will not return for a long time. Gios not worth it
The name has changed and it's under noon ownership. The food is really pretty good. I'm giving it five stars because I'm comparing it to other restaurants in this category. Not because it's fine dining. It's more of a quick sit-down family style meal. They have a wonderful salad bar with one of the best selections of toppings around. You can also choose just the salad bar or an entree and then get the salad bar with it. Of course the desserts are nice as well.
There was no cook, so the only option was the salad buffet and all you can eat pizza.Salad buffet is okay. Pretty standard. There were only two pizza options while we were there with no other options restocked. The ones that were there were old and had the soggiest bottoms I've ever tried.Either way. $20 for essentially a side salad and half a slice of pizza for two people (you won't want to eat more than that).Little Caesars has better pizza for $6. Go anywhere else.
Where's the lasagna? Come here a lot and have to say, I was disappointed tonight. The lasagna was flat! No layers at all. Manager wanted to convince me it's because they of all the cheese? we all know that's incorrect. Sent it back and had it remade to look just the same. If y'all need lasagna preparation help, message me. Eh, I'll even throw in plate presentation help for free. I do this for a living for 25 years, I got you. Just say so. We all need a lil help sometimes.?
Excellent food and service as always. The restaurant changed owners (hence the name change to Gio's) but the food and menu is still the same. I hope they won't change it. They have an awesome salad bar too with so much variety. If you are in the area or have never tried this place, you should check it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Great value! The salad bar is well stocked and frequently services and clean. The service was great! The food we had was very tasty for the price. So why the 4 star? Well this isn't exactly 5 star dining. The decor is simple and the beer selection is fairly basic.I think of 4 stars as really good. This place is an awesome value and will be back!
Its called Cios now. So we gave it a try. Egg plant parm was mushy. The Spaghetti noodles portion were very little. My chicken had no flavor but tender. The hot rice is SUPER DRY. Service was bad.
Quality Italian food! Here's the deal: if you're looking for excellent Italian cuisine, with a healthy dose of flavorful pasta ?, with a comfortable down-home feel, give this place a try. Their fresh and plentiful salad bar is outstanding, and can make a meal all by itself. Their hot foods bar, including unlimited garlic or cinnamon bread, is superb! Great service, comfortable environment, generous portions, and small price!Good for everyone!
