Place is small but neat with all the vintage gas station type decor.Our waitress was nice and did a decent job at checking on us.The food was just ok. I got the pizza. I wasn't bad, but nothing special. My pizza wasn't cut very well so I ended up ripping it apart when trying to get a slice. The crust is kinda bland and the sauce wasn't my favorite. Probably wouldn't get it again.My gf got the "Ghent" lemans sandwich. She said it was just ok but the fried were good. My buddy got the Philly steak sub. Same thing, he thought it was ok but nothing amazing.
First time there and it was crazy busy. No direction or help to know how to get started or where to go. Finally we found a sign that said wait to be seated.They have a nice patio area to set and enjoy however we were told that there is no service outside. Place your order and once it's ready then you carry it outside yourself.The noise from everyone talking was extremely loud setting inside. Take into account we're talking 7pm on a Friday evening.Once we had ourselves a seat the service was prompt and helpful.The menu has a ton of choices to pick from so you may want to study that on line prior to going.My wife had a steak sandwich and she loved it. I had a Reuben sandwich and it was average.Their French fries are a bit on the soggy/greasy side.We chose their sauerkraut balls for an appetizer and they were very good.Do your homework before going and have patience ?
We were in an out in less than 30 minutes. Clam chowder was okay; too watery for my taste. My sandwich and fries were good.
The food was fantastic and large portions! Staff that we interacted with were very friendly.The atmosphere was laid back. It was my 1st time here and we got there right when it opened stayed about a hour and there was a line of people waiting for a table. I will definitely come again.
I had the corned beef. She had the pastrami. They were equally delicious. 4.5 stars. I would drive out of my way to return to this place.
Been going here for years, food is always great and they also have a good bar selection. Sunday breakfast is also really good!
Parmesan garlic wings were very good and they were large.
Went there again last night. We were going to be late so made an arrangement that as long as we got our order in in time they would take it and keep it warm until we could actually get there. Everything was excellent. The staff is wonderful and I can't say enough decent stuff about the place.
Delicious! The meats yumm!! Perfect lunch spot. Always packed!
