This place has gone downhill. Unprofessional order takers at the window too busy chatting and giggling with co-workers to notice the incessant spilling of drinks as well as the overpriced "concrete" drinks that were pretty watered down for something that was meant to stick together. Another thing that was noticed, whenever they first opened this location, the burgers were great. Now? Well they have an aluminum or metal taste to them, granted this last visit (my final visit to this location), it tasted less metal-ly but the taste was present, it's like they cleaned the grill, but didn't *really* clean it, and left behind the aftertaste from a metal brush.My last visit consisted of poor tasting burgers, mediocre overly expense desserts, messy deserts and drinks. I.e. contents spilling out the sides. Then to top it off they put two BOTTOM buns on my burger. Yeah.. this is the second time in a short time I've gone there and I won't be going back again.
Very nice staff, location and building. Cashier was very kind. Manager spoke to at least 2 customers while we were there and asked how everything was. Food was good, custard was even better. Other chains should come here to see how customers should be treated.
Very nice old fashioned atmosphere, very friendly customer service! However it's a bit pricey however it was worth it I spent almost $20 for two double burgers and a regular fry needless to say it was worth it I'll do it again and again
Omg best burger I've had in a long time! It was a thin smashed patty that had a great lacy edge to it and the cheese was melted to perfection. I got fries and they were the perfect combination of crispy and soft.
Tasty food. I had the Alaskan Cod with onion rings, and it was quite good. There were no plastic knives in the utensil rack, and it took the staff a few moments to find some. Oddly enough, they were still packed away in a box. That caused me to ask the gentleman who brought me the knife if they had just recently opened. He said that he was relatively new there but believed they had been open for about 3 years. We chose Freddy's because we were staying next door at the hotel. I had not seen or heard of Freddy's before. I would recommend trying them out.
Hard to find good help. Ordered custard had to repeat myself several times. Girl was not paying attention. Took forever to make and they were all wrong. Told girl and she said that’s what you ordered. No it wasn’t. Never again
Stopped here as we needed a quick meal after a long day and it did not disappoint. We had two solid hamburgers, fries and shakes. Fries were really good and I enjoyed the fry sauce. Milkshakes were also very tasty. They were out of american cheese and sourdough bread, but that did not ruin the meal.
Super happy with my visit today. Went in through the drive-thru today and the young woman who took care of me had such a pleasant smile and personality. You don't get that all the time with fast food, it was refreshing, and the onion rings were SO yummy! Will definitely visit again.
Went thru the drive-thru and the girl taking the order wasn't paying attention, kept hearing her talk with someone else over the speaker. When we got to the window, they gave us the wrong order, and that's when it spiraled out of control. The cashier asked what our order was, so we told her, and she walked off. The manager then came to the window, asked what our order was, ASKED IF WE HAD PAID YET, and asked for our receipt. We waited another 20 minutes, and that's when the cook walks up, ASKED WHAT WE ORDERED AND IF WE HAD PAID!?!? Then he tells us he just made that order. We waited another 10 minutes before we were handed our bag of food, and the order was still wrong. Never in my life have I received such terrible service. I would have rather driven the extra 20 minutes to Canton to get better service. Paid over $30 for our food, to wait 30 minutes, be questioned by the whole staff if we paid,and it still be wrong. Do not recommend this location.
I have to say that the young lady who took my order was fantastic! She had to be the friendliest person I ever experienced at Freddy's. Also my order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. Excellent experience!
