Staff was extremely friendly and clearly cared about their job, great to see in the world we live in now! Food was great and the burgers were made and assembled with care, would highly recommend this five guys!
I went there @ 2:35-2:40, They looked short staffed at the time but when I walked up to the counter one of the managers asked if I wanted a single or double so I replied a double and an order of little size fries and regular drink. I thought that as excellent customer service. My Burger was made the way I like it toppings and all. This Five Guys is located in University Edge on the campus of University of Akron.
I got the veggie sandwich and the mushrooms were rubbery and none of the vegetables were cooked, got a small fry and they didn’t even fill the cup up all the way. Will never go back to this location. I also work in the food industry so I get it but also they didn’t care.
Good fresh burgers
ordered my food and had it ready in a few minutes. burger was awesome and fries here are amazing. I love how they will grill your toppings!

Fantastic
Great food. A bit pricey for the amount. And they may be a tad full of themselves. That being said they are heads and shoulders above the bigger chains.
Has me a delicious cheeseburger lettuce wrap. Best one yet!
