Happened in 2014/2015 but I never made a post about it and was literally the worst dining experience of my life. Had ordered pizza and wings, and the wings were cold. I took them back immediately, uneaten(only lived a half mile away at the time) and the woman working refused to replace them. I then asked her to refund me and she refused that as well. She told me I could save the wings for the next day and talk to the manager after yelling at me that of course they were cold by the time I brought them back. (Why would I drive back just to ask to replace wings that were perfectly fine and not for a refund?) The next day the manager (probably a kid in his early 20s) gave me a refund but not before being absolutely rude. I haven't been back since.
Ive been a customer for many years… Last night I received the worst old dry tasting chicken and pizza and paid 37 dollars… I spoke to a manager today and he showed zero interest in rectifying the situation. He seemed to care less. I only wanted to share my experience i didnt want money back and I told them as much. I will never patronize the Emidios on N. Main St in Akron again…. Terrible experience
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza on Sat. 4/30/22. They gave me a large cheese pizza. As soon as I opened my pizza to eat it, I realized they gave me the wrong pizza. I immediately called them and they told me to call on Mon 5/2/22. Just for them to tell me that they were not going to do anything to correct their mistake. How do you hand a customer an inaccurate order then tell them you're not going to do anything to fix it.
Not sure of his name, but today went to buy food for the contractors working on our house and the most friendly man answered the phone. Went in to pick it up and I asked if he was the one on the phone, he said yes. I tipped him and told him he made my day and I'll be coming back just bc of his wonderful customer service! Also, food was fresh, hot and done very very quickly.
We Deliver Door Dash & they are our BIGGEST Vendor & the SAME, AWESOME Guy works every time & he has THE BEST ATTITUDE & I ALWAYS see a Smile on his face!! And our Deliveries from here are distance, which means their Food is WELL WORTH the wait!! {We have a bin in our Jeep to keep distance deliveries as Fresh as we can}
The manager or owner as he says he was "Bill" was so rude he hung up on me I was trying to place an order to comfort my grieving family because our cousin just passed away and he just hung up on me. He told me to go online to place an order and all I was trying to do was ask what options were available. I am no longer going to order from this place and I suggest that you don't either terrible customer service and the food isn't all that good to begin with. If you have a customer or you are an owner of a pizza business or a restaurant business. There are certain ways you should uphold yourself when dealing with customers. I am not pleased at all..?
No customer service skills at all. Rude. Ignored me for a long time and wouldn't acknowledge nothing I said. I have NEVER written a bad review for anyone and always give everyone benefit of doubt. Hope he feels better tomorrow. I will deliver for someone but never eat there myself because of his attitude. ?
Good pizza and open at 2-3am which makes it great pizza.
Very disappointed in last visit. Ordered FRIED chicken/potatoes, received chicken that (judging from the consistent light char across the top of the chicken and potatoes) had been precooked in advance and reheated in the pizza oven. Larger pieces of chicken were cold inside, jo-jo's were lifeless and limp.Had a few pieces of chicken left over in fridge the next day to reheat, once fully heated, the spoiled chicken odor inside the breasts and thighs was overwhelming.As there is absolutely NO reason for a pizza/chicken carryout to reheat large pieces of bone-in fried chicken in a pizza oven (wings/tenders are small enough to fully cook, breasts/thighs are not,) It was my observation that an order was cancelled, then later reheated and served. The fact that this was served (IMHO) demonstrates zero knowledge of food safety guidelines by the staff on duty.Disappointed that things have gone downhill here, cannot recommend.
Good food, sauce not mine or my mom's. Will return, employees friendly. Fast service. Love it when I don't have to cook.
