We had a wonderful evening because of Luis and his efficient friendly staff. They made it easy for us to get from the dining room to upstairs deck. What a beautiful view of downtown Akron!Luis pays very close attention to his guests which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend for a great evening!!!
I have had the displeasure of dining here twice and will not be returning. The service is abhorrent, with almost too many mishaps to take the time to write. However, most egregious was the fact that after being there an hour we were never given napkins/silverware (or water, might I add). Our food was delivered and I requested napkins/silverware from the server who proceeded to go to another large table and take orders for 10+ minutes rather than immediately ensuring we had the means to eat the food sitting on the table. I eventually got up and asked the bartender, who did try to help, but advised they “were out” of both napkins and silverware upstairs. Another 5 minutes, for a total of 15+ that our food sat getting cold in front of us, before silverware came. Not to mention I had fajitas which all this time they noted my rice, beans, and tortillas “were coming right up” but in actuality I had to remind them and it took about 20 minutes in total to be delivered. At that point I ate my lukewarm mediocre meal more out of desperation but another in my party had to send theirs back because it was so burnt (beef tacos) it was inedible. At the end of the night it was insult added to injury when the server added an auto gratuity for “large parties” to our checks… there were 5 of us. FIVE!? I guess she new she had been so terrible she was concerned we’d stiff her and this was her insurance? Truly confused where these 4-5 star reviews are coming from, because it was both the terrible service on either visit and the completely unmemorable food that will prevent me from ever giving this place another dime of money.
I've heard so many great things about this place and it definitely lived up to the expectations! There wasn't even the slightest complaint from anyone. I got the 3 taco combo (choose 3 tacos of your choice with a side of rice). The chorizo was my favorite of all of them! The drinks were all so good! Not sure what I had because the drink i chose, they were out of some of the ingredients so they mixed and matched. Can't wait to go back!Great food, drinks, atmosphere, & service!
The avocado chicken fajitas was terrible. No seasoning whatsoever on the veggies, the chicken was good. The rice wasn’t all the way cooked, I’m not a bean connoisseur but those were trash taste like they came straight out a can. The service was terrible for some odd reason because it was only one other party and they had three people. The waitress gave us our drinks and no straws, we had to ask several times for napkins. She also didn’t know what type of Queso she had given us. The margaritas were good over priced but good. To my surprise one the two ladies that was in there caressing each other and making out in the bar area was a worker, she stopped long enough to help bring out our food and was rude AF. I’ll usually try a place again but I’m going to have to sit this one out.
It's the best Mexican food in the city ?. They have an amazing list of TEQUILA!!

6:30 dinner reservation. We had a show to go to at 8:00. After we were seated for 20 minutes, I had to ask for a waitress to order since no one came to our table. Food arrived at 8:00. Of course, this made us extremely late. It appeared to be understaffed. I would have given a lower rating, but it seemed like our table enjoyed their food.
Amazing food and excellent tequila and mezcal menu!! Highly recommend!!

Our host and server were great. Food was excellent. It was busy on a Saturday night, and they could only seat us at a high top table, so make a reservation if you are going then and need other seating. I did not see any employees wearing masks, including kitchen staff.
