The Salsa and the Margarita, both pack a punch!
I've been going to El Fogon since they opened. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant around the Akron area. Their servers are always smiling, kind and quick to please. The food is top notch and I always go home with enough leftovers for another full meal.
If there is anyone who don't give El Fogon a 5, I would like to meet you in a dark alley. This is by far and away the best place. I do this 2 times per week. Mostly carry out. Great front end people ar 6pm. 10 or less minutes and I am out. Got my chips and dip like aways and food was perfect. Wife loves your soft beef tacos. I love the chili relannos.
My girlfriend and I frequently visit El Fogon and are always highly satisfied with our experience. The service is second to none, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the margs are fantastic. If you’re looking for a great restaurant option in the Green/Akron area, I suggest you find your way here.

Excellent food, excellent service, Sonia was a great server/ waitress. Very quick service. I had the Chori-pollo and my brother had First shrimp fajitas! Excellent. First restaurant was hit in Akron, great choice.
Food was delicious!!! The chips here are wonderful!! A good different taste than other restaurants. Our combination platters were fantastic!! Lots of food!! Always get to take home more than half the meal, for another meal. Waiters do a great job and are very easy on the eyes. I like to get them to smile woo wee. Another return is needed
The food was served quickly, was supper hot on that sizzle platter they serve fajitas on. Prices were a little higher than I normally spend, but not unreasonable. Everything tasted pretty good. The reason for the 3 was the aftermath. My wife and I ended up in some serious pain after eating there. I ended up tossing my cookies, she ended up having explosive number 2 for almost 3 hours. Something just didn't set well with us. My daughter loved the chicken and fries.
our new favorite mexican place. service was great, and food came out almost instantly. so quick, we thought they gave us someone else’s food by accident bc there was no way they made it that fast.
Staff were extremely quick, food came out very quickly as well, food was good, food was cheap. My wife thought their queso was a little too thick but otherwise we enjoyed the meal.
