Cleanliness of bathroom 2/10, customer service from staff 0/10. After using the restroom I wanted to get a coffee. Stood there 40-60 seconds and all 4 employees didn't even so much as acknowledge I existed. Walked out. I am so confused by this location as I have been to every location in the Canton area and they have all been superb. Ownership and or management is the only thing I can think of. I'll hit the Taco Bell next door if I need to use the restroom. Will still buy their ground beans and visit Stark County locations but this place? I'll avoid like the plague.
I love that when I walk in Dunkin they know what drink I always get and start preparing it as soon as they see me. I truly makes me feel special!!
Ordered a medium ice mocha latte Estes shot of espresso and extra ice. Got a medium Carmel iced latte. Took it back, repeated order. Got an awful drink I don’t even know what it is, the sticker on the cup says Carmel swirl.
Not bad donuts. Great beverages, my personal fav is the hot vanilla chai.
this location uses way too much cream. any time i order online i put ONE cream and they make my coffee white. i online order so i don’t have to talk to them and yet every time i go in i have to ask them to remake my drink. i don’t get it. cold brew tastes weak. waste of money
Drive thru and order ahead experience has been horrible the past few times I have come. Today was told at Drive thru that they don't sell the avacodo bacon toast there anymore so I got 2 snakin bacon. The bacon was burnt up and iced cold like it was made hours ago! Not only that, I not selling avacodo Toast anymore why is it still available to order I. The app? I am done with this location. Not sure if owner reads these but, you really need to monitor your staff/store better.

I only ever get doughnuts from the place but today I learned they stop making them 5 hours before they close, weird practice for a doughnut shop and it wasted my time
Every time I go here my drink sucks, today they gave my husband the entirely wrong drink. Dissatisfied, try to be more like Wadsworth Dunkin. They're great.This is the text I sent my husband for the order, label is what I got, coffee is disgusting the label and the actual order aren't even similar..Will not be giving them business any longer.
