I had the worst experience today at this location. I ordered 2 XL coffees and 2 orders of bagel bites. We waited about 5 minutes at the speaker before someone took our order, then when we got to the window and paid it took another 5 or so minutes to finally get our order. When the girl handed out the coffee, the lid was not on the cup and it splashed all over my husbands hand and wrist. That was a super hot cup of coffee. The girl said "oops!" and went on to ignore the fact that she had just burned my husband and to top it off, she blamed a co-worker in the process. I asked her the store number and if a manager was on duty and she replied with, "I don't know". I will be obtaining a lawyer and getting this matter taken care of.
Ordered an iced coffee and the girl at the window literally gave me hot coffee with ice in it. She didn’t even know what was wrong with it

This location is very hit or miss. Maybe 50 percent of the time they’ll get it right otherwise they butcher it.Today, ordered two iced coffees both with extra flavor shots. They only put it in one, the other one tasted like nothing. They completely forgot my daughters mini pancakes.They’re in such a rush to move the crazy long line that their service quality has gone extremely down. Unfortunately Artisan Coffee is closed on Sundays so this or Tim Hortons which is worse are the only options.
The employees are awesome!! Some of them remember our order and it's always made right & it's good!! Mason is awesome, Ty!!
I just went through the drive thru and ordered one egg and cheese extra egg croissant, hot Chai latte with two expresso. My egg and cheese had sausage on it (I'm a vegetarian) no extra egg and my latte had no expresso in it what so ever
I love dunkin donuts. It is basically just like Starbucks but less money. The service is great, everyone is all so nice. And my order is always 100% right. They have so many varieties of donuts amd breakfast foods and their drinks are so good.

I order 2 Boston creme donuts. I got regular creme filled ones. This location is ok but the line seems to always be wrapped around the building without moving very far
