Kind and helpful staff. I went in last week and ordered 36 heart donuts for Valentine's Day. They were happy to accommodate and the order was ready when I arrived early on Valentine's Day.
This place was messy. The station in the lobby had trash all over, so it cash registers and behind the counter. If they were busy fine however after we got there, the staff stood around yaking and playing on phone instead of straightening up.
Don't order from here. They WILL mess up your order. Been here 2x and the order has been messed up. I literally ordered a decaf iced coffee because I have health problems and CANNOT have caffeine. I get halfway through my coffee and feel caffiene start to kick in. Now I feel very sick and I'm in pain because apparently some people can't do their job correctly. Employees, pay attention to people's orders. We don't just order decaf, gluten free, etc for no reason. Some of us have health issues and can end up very sick due to your laziness or incompetence.To the manager, train your employees better. This is ridiculous.
Employees are great, coffee is excellent. You guys are the best. Never any issues with my order, in store and online. Thanks for being super consistent! My favorite location without a doubt!
Employees were not only rude, but they got orders messed up. They definitely need more help. Also would be nice to have a bigger flavor selection like gingerbread or sugar cookie.
They weren't real busy when I arrived, ordered two coffees. One iced, one frozen. It seemed to take an elongated period before I received my order. Especially when the person who came in after myself, received their order first, Along with atleast one other order. Decently friendly staff, cleanliness was good.
Won't be back. For about a year now I've been coming to this Dunkin. Well, today was my last. The girl at the desk today at 1130 was rude, and told me to repeat my order like 6 times and then she still got it wrong. I literally can't even drink this thing. It's nothing but sugar. Will be going to nervous dog or Starbucks. Both better and the same price
I was ecstatic to have graced the walls of this establishment, the way the manager shatoria handled things. Made me really enjoy the atmosphere of a coffee shop!! I noticed a young man named Ben was a little inappropriate towards me, but the manager handled it!! Will definitely visit again!!

I absolutely detest this branch. I can shave my balls faster than they can make one simple coffee and don’t even ask me what I can do before they make a croissant. Manager acts so entitled like she’s a celebrity somebody needs to put her in her $8.15 an hour place. Overheard one male staff member talking about how small his member is (Super strange) this is after he absolutely scolded an elderly woman about how long it took him to make her food (Ultimate incompetence) don’t even bother showing up here if your even slightly in a hurry (if I wanted to sit in dunkin all day I’d buy one) this place is less than a joke there’s nothing funny about it. Frankly I wish them no luck
