I love reading thru reviews on here and feel bad for these folks at PLX Dominoes. Like hold times, delays etc aren't a part of everything in life these days. Shame on you all. Way to hurt a business with the "power'" of your keyboard while being completely out of touch with our current reality. All you guys have always done a great job for us. We appreciate you and you working thru all the obstacles that a small business faces these days.you kill it EVERY time for us!!
We love this store! I keep seeing people giving this location bad reviews. Our family has ordered from here many times, always pick-up as it's too far for delivery. We have one a bit closer, but feel this one is worth the extra few minutes drive! We've always had awesome food, prepared exactly how we like it. Especially tonight when we ordered! Extra thank you to Jeremiah! Garlic bites and pizzas were on point!!
Stay away. Raised prices on a sauce that no other store did. 2 out of my 3 pizzas had zero sauce, I mean zero and I asked for extra.
Extremely poor service and delivery times. Called to see why my delivery was taking so long, Tracker states my order left the store at 7:12 but here it is 7:45 and no order yet, person on the phone told me he was probably getting gas. Delivery just showed up 35 mins after leaving the store which is 4 miles away, pizza burnt on one side. I have two free pizza coupons that I will never use because I'm never ordering from this place again. No customer skills whatsoever. Next time I order a pizza, I'll call a contender and then walk to pick my order up and get it faster than these bums can deliver it.
Have tried this place a few times and each time has been bad. Pizza is undercooked, forget sauces, and always takes forever even for minimal orders.
I hate to give bad reviews, but after receiving cold pizza more than once, and the five cheese blend for dipping the bread not being anything more than a scratch on top of the pan, I have to say that I will not order from this location again. I support local businesses but this is just a waste of my money
James the Gm has a very poor attitude with customers. Doesn't care about people needs. And the place never puts sauce on their pizza. They say bring up a free side to try. Mmmm why is it always the same thing I ordered. Done with you.
Call Domino’s Pizza tonight to order 16 wings a lava cake and an apple cinnamon bread. I waited for seven minutes on the phone with no one answering. I was hoping to place my order arrive and wait in the parking lot until my pick up time. By the time someone answered I was walking in the front door. I placed the above mentioned order and was told to return in about 15 or 20 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes and was told that I’m too early. Way too early. I was shown a shelf with 11 boxes on it and told all of those orders needed filled before mine. I returned to my truck hungry frustrated. I asked for a refund and told My money will be returned in seven business days or so. It will be much longer than that before I give Domino’s Pizza on S. Main St. my business.
Alex hung up on me repeatedly when I tried calling to check on my delivery which was over 2 hours late.. worst customer service I have ever received!! This is how you treat your customers who pay for their food and never receive it?? Should be ashamed! Alex should be fired for talking to a customer they way he did tonight!
