Normally when I visit, I've never experience a problem and the food at Dilly's is good. This time, the server did not give me the milkshake that I ordered and charged me for it and when I asked about the milkshake, they said they would bring it out with my card. Instead, another server came back with my processed card and still no milkshake and walked away just as I was about to ask for it again - they had no other customers so very unsatisfied with my service.
Good drive thru food, price seams on point with similar diners (A&W, Swenson...etc...) taste about the same as well. I was surprised with them having A1 sauce as an option. Some of the side proportions seamed off, like my mushrooms was small while my buddy's motz sticks where very big. Overall first exp there and was enjoyable.
The service was so terrible and the wait was almost an hour for a cheeseburgerand a grill cheese. As we watched everyone that came after us get there order before us. When our order came it was wrong. Took someone another 15 minutes to finally recognize us,so we can tell them what was wrong. Took another 20 minutes after that to get it right. Then never gave us condiments like we asked. By then who wants to eat. The place was not that busy. Ridiculous to have to pay almost 40 dollars! We will never be back again.
One of the best burgers around. I miss the huge variety of milkshakes though.
We have always loved the hamburgers, however the last two visits we not very good. The buns were hard and somewhat stale. The burger cooked almost to a crisp. Not sure if it is a new cook, manager or meat, but it is not the same. Onion rings were good . The young lady was very nice and efficient.
Food is ok but has definitely gone hill over the year. Owner cheaps out on everything and now raises prices again, and CHARGES extra for no ice in your drink... Anyways, Swensons and better and cheaper. Do yourself a favor and just go there. You can get a double cheese burger for less money there then a single at Dilly's.
