I ordered online and picked up in the store. I got home and was extremely disappointed. Two out of my three entrees purchased had what appeared to be a left over amount of hash browns. When I tell you that I order Dennys for there hash browns, because I love them with ketchup! You can understand my disappointment when I discovered they’d hardly given me any! Fifteen dollars for three meals and you give two grams of hash browns?! Yeah, never ordering from here again.
The food was okay. There is a food allergy we had to be conscious about which the staff didn't really know how to find. This was ultimately remedied but I feel that the staff should have knowledge of the allergy menu going forward. The wait staff was a little slow but friendly. And the restaurant was a little unclean, but I'm sure that it was just after a Sunday lunch rush. Overall, it was an okay experience and I'd go back.
The waitress was very sweet and attentive however...new cook in kitchen with almost no training. My food wasn't as i ordered even though she put it in like i asked and no i didn't order anything crazy just didn't want the sauceon my sandwich. Never saw the manager one time while there and unfortunately 2 delivery people where there to pick up food and had stood there for over 1/2 hour or longer waiting.....will not return.
Took my daughter out there, they had excellent service for a change. A way to was kind and considerate of our wishes. The food was hot and made correctly, the way we wanted it. Which was not the way the menu stated. I will eat there again. Our food was out in less than 15 minutes we had an enjoyable meal.
Wonderful service and excellent food! Sharon was our waitress and she did everything perfectly! Cleared our plates, dropped our check after the first check back, and our coffee !! Awesome!!!
Wow! I’m just overwhelmed with disappointment with my meal. We order 2X cinnamon roll pancakes meal, the Slamwich and the All-American Breakfast. To start, the pancakes were burnt to crisp. It smelled burnt in the car but I assumed it was the sausages. Our food was called in for us to pick it up and everything was order correctly but it seemed like the cooks thought they could hide the pancakes under all the sugar and icing toppings. So disappointing. Since they are closed, definitely plan to go up there tomorrow morning for a refund or a remake.
This Dennys has went completely downhill. I came in here quite frequently for a very long time and sadly I have to call it quits after tonight, I am not sure where they have went wrong here, they went to carry out only and denied customers, The employees here lately seem to hate their jobs or are just outright lazy, and what does that say for the management there? I hope this place really turns around because I do love the biscuits and gravy meal, I’d hate to not see me eating it.
Nice atmosphere, waitress very friendly and helpful with local information.
They literally just let food sit and not deliver it to people waiting. I've seen the same food sit now 10 min and its still there.One girl in glasses is just wandering around doing nothing, just resting her head. They have no clue what they are doing.. like run the food as it comes!! It's just getting cold!! Food still sitting there ... lol they just said they don't know who the food for can't find the checks!! ... they are only worried about getting to go orders out!!
Excellent food, great atmosphere, fabulous waitress. The only negative thing I have to say is the service was slow, but I think they are short on staff. We will definitely go back!!!
