We came on a Friday evening, had a reservation. We sat on the patio, such a cool ambience with the sun set and all the plants. Great service. The food was delicious - the buratta was creamy and accompanying pesto flavorful, the duck fat potatoes were absolutely delicious, and the scallops were very large and perfectly cooked. There's free parking in the area, as well as valet. This will likely be one of our go to spots in the future! Next time, I will have to try their "taste" portion of pasta, they looked delicious
We have dined at Dante’s Cleveland locations several times over the years. The food and service is always top notch. This was our first experience with dba and we looked forward to more of the same. Our server, Sarah, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She made good suggestions based on our questions and comments. The support staff were also there to clear and refill as needed between courses. The evening was well paced and relaxing.Our meals were good although we all agreed they were not up to the usual Dante’s standard. However, that was not the reason for our disappointment with the experience. The let down came at 10:00pm when the kitchen closed and the atmosphere changed from upscale restaurant to college bar. The patio seats were occupied by what appeared to be friends of the staff and bartender. The high fives and shouts and liquor started flowing. The staff were quick to clear tables empty trash cans and collect the check so they could start their Saturday night partying. The music came up and we paid our checks and left. The restaurant is attached to a hotel complex and not far from a college campus so maybe this is the vibe Dante was going for but we will stick to the Cleveland locations in the future and leave the partying to the college crowd.
Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. We had the charcuterie and cheese board and the 38oz porterhouse for two with the Mac and cheese, truffle fries and duck fat fingerling potatoes. Seriously some of the best food I’ve ever had. Our waitress Lizzy made our experience perfect, though. She knows what she’s doing! Our drinks stayed full, she knew when to return to the table, nothing came too soon but we also never waited too long. Her conversation was delightful as well. If you get her count yourself lucky. In fact, just ask for her.
The mussels were exceptional, as was everything else we tried. Highly recommended! Fantastic staff that catered to our every want!!
We have been here before and had a 7 course dinner service in the kitchen. I’m not sure why we forgot to rate it then. Tonight’s starter was incredible, crab cakes with shishito peppers and mango sweet chili vinaigrette. The mains were spinach pasta and the angus burger, both were spectacular. The burger came with truffle fries which were excellent. Overall the service was impeccable, the food was perfect and we loved this place!

Great place for a date night dinner. Food was wonderful but a bit pricey for what we ordered. We both ordered the prime filet which were perfectly cooked. My only complaint is I ordered the foie gras with mine and at $18 extra I would have expected a piece larger than the slightly smaller than half dollar size I received. Our waiter Ben was impeccable and spot on with timing and very attentive. Five stars for him. I would have given DBA 5 stars if only the portion size would have been a bit bigger for the price paid. So unfortunately only 4.5 stars.
Ben our sever was fantastic! We all loved our food and experience. The atmosphere is fabulous and we love being able to enjoy the Speakeasy next door for an after dinner cocktail.
FANTASTIC FOOD!!We go to dba for Valentine’s Day every year and we have an exceptional experience every time. The atmosphere is nothing short of perfect, the service is tremendous, and the menu is out of this world. I’d say dba is neck-and-neck with Red Steakhouse, for sure.
We’ve always had a great time at DBA! Staff is super friendly. Recently went with my husband, toddler, and parents and had a fantastic experience all around!
